Was let down by another bedding company going into administration. Travelled around & getting ridiculous prices. Called into the showroom in Middlesbrough. Plenty of selection & very reasonable prices. Delivered on time & no complaints. Would buy again .

Good service apart from late delivery …
The bed was promised 2-3 weeks from placing the order which is why we chose the company as others were quoting 4-6 weeks. The reason we needed it quickly was because my husband was in constant pain and found great difficulty getting in and out of bed. Unfortunately we had to wait nearly 4 weeks but staff were very helpful and efficient once it arrived in the warehouse and delivered ASAP. The bed was set up quickly and controls explained. We were happy with the service apart from late delivery.

The bed itself is great but customer service not so much. I ordered the bed and it was 2 week delivery, fair enough, after 2 weeks I rang to see when it was coming to which was told someone should of rang you to say it's delayed for 2 weeks, very disappointing. Delivery guys were great

Impressive collection of mattresses, far better options (I think) than some brands advertised everywhere. Super helpful when I called in with questions and quick delivery all the way down to London. Competitive pricing so can't ask for a better service

Great service, I needed to replace my son's mattress and was struggling to find the same one anywhere, Linthorpe popped up and when I looked they had it in the right size, and had plenty of availability of dates to choose from...
