I have ordered from Lilly Boutique many times over the last two years and have never had an issue until April.
I am still waiting for five boys' sets that I ordered. I was first told they had been sent, but they never arrived. Then I was told they would be replaced, which never happened. After that, I was promised a refund, but that hasn't happened either.
I have now been told there has been fraud involving their bank, but I don't believe this explains why my refund still hasn't been processed. At this point, I feel like I'm just being given excuses.
I've now reported the transaction to my bank because this situation has gone on for far too long, and I've had enough.
I'm genuinely gutted because I've always had good experiences with this business over the past two years, but this has been incredibly disappointing.

Always sent me out my orders in a reasonable time frame beautiful items every time great deals and amazing customer service can’t fault the brand at all thank you so much xxx

Brilliant service .. clothes are always perfect , size perfect shipping can take a while but communication is always quick so good customer service will always use

I have had nothing but trouble with this company ordered items they have never arrived - still waiting for my refund which i was told was done beginning of july still nothing! Shame on this bad experience because I would love to order but after this i wont be. Sick of having to constantly msg about getting me money back and no response so becareful when ordering 😒

Ordered the 31st May no clothing arrived. Chased a few times was told it was coming. Asked for a refund 21st July, Still not had the refund either been chasing daily.

Do not order it’s a scam

Only a 4 star as they had a problem delivering my original order but 5stars for customer response and fixing the issues, I had originally ordered 4 sets but they weren’t available, I had 4 substitute sets which were great value and great quality for the price

What a fantastic little business with amazing customer service.. although I didn’t receive a product from this company as there was a small problem with stock which happens but I was kept updated and responded to so quickly through messages every time she even kept me updated when she didn’t need to. I felt at ease through the whole thing and when it came to sending money back it was straight back in my account within 10 minute of her saying she would refund my money she couldn’t apologise enough bless her but I will definatley be purchasing from this great little company once my child’s size comes in stock she does great offers and great products can’t wait to purchase off you so I can review again. Says a lot about a company when someone feels the need to write a review when I didn’t receive anything but just want to review their fantastic service as it was 10 out of 10.
