Lillian Stanley Financial Services Ltd Anmeldelser

I had an outstanding experience with Lillian Stanley from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the best finance solution for my new car.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with everything explained clearly and no hidden surprises. They were always available to answer questions and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and manageable.

Their efficiency, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach truly set them apart. I felt valued as a client and confident that I was receiving honest and reliable advice.

I would highly recommend Lillian Stanley to anyone looking for financial services. Thank you to the whole team for your exceptional service and support, and an extended thank you to James.

The team were supportive throughout, which made the whole experience entirely hassle free.
I was kept updated as everything progressed and appreciated the personal touch.
Would happily recommend and use again.
Thank you.

Excellent service from Harrison and Mia. Made the process so easy and smooth. Best company i have dealt with for friendly and communication. 2nd to none. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for Vehicle finance

The team at Lillian Stanley did an amazing job working with me on my Porsche purchase. They were attentive without being pushy, giving me the time and confidence to find the right car, while knowing they’d be ready to move as soon as I was.

Having worked with other PCP finance firms in the past, I found their personal approach to be excellent. From the front office through to the back office, everyone came together to deliver. As a bonus, they were also significantly cheaper than their competitors and even cheaper than the dealer on warranties.

Excellent all‑round service. I’ll certainly be using them again. Danny.

Excellent customer service. Jordan and Matt helped me arrange a low rate finance which saved me over £100 per month on a new car I wished to finance. They mate the transaction very simple

Absolutely brilliant company! The whole team were a pleasure to deal with and Ryan made the process clear, simple and hassle free. I couldn't recommend Lillian and stanley enough for anyone looking for car finance. They've helped me purchase my first supercar, no pushy sales, no sneaky add ons just clear information and figures throughout. Thank you

Chris was assigned to me to help with purchasing my car, and that’s one of the best things about this company, you deal with one person from start to finish, not someone different every time you call. Chris handled everything for me all the paperwork, contacting the dealer, and keeping the process completely stress free. I didn’t need to do a thing.

I was also supported by Jordan, who kept me informed at every step and made sure I always knew what was happening. It took just one day to secure my dream car, and the payment was finalised within two days.

I would highly recommend Lillian Stanley to anyone looking to buy a new car. You find the car, and they will handle everything, and take all the stress away all you have to do is collect it.

Thank you so much, Chris, for everything. My kids absolutely love the new car

Matt was fantastic, very helpful and from start to finish the process only took a couple of days.

From start to finish they were amazing sorting the finance out for the cupra atecca, I dealt with Dan who couldn’t have done anymore and Jordan that wrapped the process up and done a perfect job! So easy to work with and the best finance deals! dealership said they was the most easiest 3rd party they have dealt with! 5* service all round! Thank you again!

So impressed with the service offered by Lillian Stanley. Pricing was quick, competitive and clear. Execution when I went ahead with a purchase was fantastic - the lender was slow which I was warned of in advance and I was kept up to date with progress throughout, I was really happy with the deal we ended up with and it was worth waiting a little time for things to process.

Ryan and Jordan offered exceptional customer service throughout - they genuinely seemed to care about getting the positive outcome we ended up with. Would recommend them to anyone looking to organise finance!

Outstanding service from Mia and Dan at Lillian Stanley. Finally found a finance company that treats you as an individual and not a number. Nothing too much trouble and delivered as promised. Well done both and thank you.

I was introduced to Matthew through a friend who had used him previously. I’d been searching for the right vehicle for around 6–7 months and Matthew was consistently helpful throughout.

He worked through numbers and options on multiple cars, always responsive and supportive — even on his days off. We went through several vehicles before finding the right one, and once we did, the turnaround was quick and smooth.

Communication was excellent with regular updates via email and WhatsApp. No pushy sales tactics at all — everything was transparent, clearly explained, and handled professionally from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Friendly, experienced and professional service. A small part of my requirements were out of the ordinary. Lillian Stanley FS came up with a solution that worked and I was able to complete my financing experience smoothly with no fuss. Highly recommended !!

I recently refinanced my VW finance through this company and the experience was great. They reduced my monthly payment by £250 and lowered the interest, which made a real difference for me. Communication was clear and quick, and everyone I spoke to was polite and easy to deal with. The whole process felt straightforward. I contacted them on WhatsApp, sent my documents, and they handled everything. I was genuinely impressed and I’m happy to recommend them.

Do not request a finance quote, they will not stop harassing you by phone or email

First class service throughout the process; responsive and attentive to every detail. Finance product was better than anything else I’d been offered. Highly recommend

Lillian Stanley were very helpful throughout the purchase of a used Porsche from a Porsche main dealer. Harrison explain various options for purchase and provided a very reasonable quote, well below that of the dealership. Mia completed the application process, providing excellent support and communication particularly through problems caused by the Porsche dealership providing incorrect details of their initial invoice. I have no hesitation recommending Lillian Stanley.

matt and mia was fantastic they sorted out my finance and was very helpful and all stress free, the gave me options and advice and kept me informed daily so i would recommend matt and mia to anyone looking for finance they are fantastic
