Terrible experience. Three orders cancelled without any proper explanation.

I tried to buy an iPhone 15 Pro with Cash on Delivery to an address in Rome, Italy. The website allowed me to place the order, but then the orders were cancelled again and again.

First, I was told the problem was WhatsApp confirmation. Then I was told the order had to be confirmed through an email they supposedly sent. But no confirmation email ever arrived. I checked my inbox, spam, junk and promotions.

The order statuses were also unclear: “Awaiting Cash On Delivery validation” and “Awaiting refurbishment (not paid)”. Support could not clearly explain what exactly I was supposed to do before they cancelled the order again.

If Cash on Delivery is not actually available, or if it requires some special manual confirmation, this should be clearly stated before a customer wastes time placing multiple orders.

I have never dealt with a situation where you literally have to chase a shop just to let you pay for a product. The whole process is chaotic, the communication is poor, and the service is extremely disappointing.

I have already wasted about a week on this circus, and even if by some miracle these “geniuses” learn how to accept an order, delivery would still take another 7–10 days. This is peak absurdity: instead of simply buying a product, the customer ends up doing who knows what, waiting for who knows what, only to receive another cancellation in the end.

I sent my iPhone to Likenewiphone via refurbed. Because I declined their lowball offer, I requested my device back. What followed was an absolute nightmare.
First, they lied to the refurbed platform, claiming my phone hadn't arrived, while simultaneously sending me purchase offers for that exact same device!
When I finally forced them to return my iPhone, I was shocked:
1. Missing Accessory: My original Apple charging cable was completely missing. Even though I have photo proof that I included it in the package, they refused to return or replace it, hiding behind their "flawless internal processes".
2. Damaged Property: They completely ruined the Original Packaging (OVP) of the iPhone by putting sticky labels directly on the cardboard, drastically lowering the resale value of my device.
When I contacted their customer service for compensation, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they gave me the ridiculous and destructive advice to clean the sensitive cardboard box with "cooking oil and warm water," and later suggested using "isopropyl alcohol" – an absolute joke for an alleged tech professional. Refurbed's customer service was also completely useless, trying to brush me off with a cheap screen protector instead of enforcing the law.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT send your devices to Likenewiphone. They use deceitful tactics, damage your property, keep your accessories, and their customer service is incredibly unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and avoid this seller at all costs!

Bonifico inviato in brevissimo tempo,unico inconveniente prezzi non aggiornati sul sito,quindi ho avuto un po di ribasso ma per chi vuole vendere hanno comunque un prezzo piu alto rispetto ad altri che fanno permuta.

Great customer experience: For some reason, the SIM card did not work anymore and likeanewphone took the phone back. Upon realizing it seemed to be my mistake, they sent it back and it is working. All this with prompt reaction by customer service and without any cost. HIGHLY recommended!

Placed the order out of Belgium, 3 days later the phone arrived under the condition it was "good". Its more then good, very pleased with the quality of the phone and how fast the delivery was!! Thank you!!
