I absolutely amazing def use this company again thankyou

Ordered a pair of Walkie Talkies from them. After a few months they became faulty. Ligo responded to me quickly and replaced the battery which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. They requested the units back to be tested after which they offered me a refund or a different model. Easy to call them and speak to someone. They also respond to emails quickly and genuinely try their best to help you out.

This is our Second purchase.

My order was despatched promptly and delivered on time by Yodel. The outer box was damaged and had a large hole in the side (the plastic bag used as packaging did not show any signs of damage so this indicates the box was likely already damaged before it was packed). The phones themselves were thankfully undamaged and were in new condition as described. My first attempt to order on the ligo website did not work using Google's Chrome browser - after authorising my Paypal payment and clicking to place order a spinning circle appeared informing me that the payment was being processed but after 10 minutes nothing had changed. I tried ordering again using the Firefox browser and this time the payment processed correctly.

An easy purchase well priced and delivered promptly.

Next day delivery, but at the cost of being properly packaged. I would have expected a pair of £218 binoculars to be properly packaged. What I got was the display box wrapped in a bit of bubble wrap and put in a plastic postage envelope. Not good enough for a precision optical device.
I would not buy anything optical, electronic or electronic from Ligo now.

Unknown company to me, did my research and all very positive !! Best colour, size and price option offered….. easy transaction, good communication and quick delivery, would definitely recommend.

Contacted support to query which were the best phones to supplement 4 Gigaset phones I was using but were no longer available. Got a response the next day. Ordered the suggested phones and 2 days they were up and working. Excellent service.

Picked out the landline we wanted (rubbish mobile signal here and 3 - storey house so needed 3 extra handsets). Like others, not heard of liGo, so took a punt, but all was fine, well packed and fast delivery (glad firm has confidence in Royal Mail still) for no extra charge.
Setting up phone was a bit tricky, but we oldies take our time. Don't know when this phone was made, but it seems to stress blocking possibility over other features, which we've been happily doing for years with our old one. No matter, all now installed and working fine. When the analogue system is switched off and we have to rethink, we'll cross that bridge....

The phone arrived next day. Excellent service. Reasonable price. No complaints. Would buy from this seller again.

Bought these two new phones with answerphone to replace the same model from approx 3 years ago. We .ike the phones and the features, so hope these new ones last longer than the old ones.
