I bought several times something at the store and I absolutely love my purchases. I wear them every day (belts, necklace). The staff was always so sweet and helpful. Quality is great!

Jeg havde en virkelig god oplevelse hos Lié Studio. Jeg købte både smykker og en taske, og jeg er simpelthen så tilfreds med det hele. Kvaliteten er virkelig lækker og man kan tydeligt mærke, at der er tænkt over både materialer og design.
Betjeningen var også helt i top. Personalet var utrolig sød og imødekommende, hjælpsomme og gav sig tid til at rådgive uden at være påtrængende. Det gjorde hele oplevelsen mega god.
Alt i alt en virkelig positiv oplevelse, og jeg vil helt klart anbefale Lié til alle der vil have lækre smykker og tasker.

I just received my replacement earring and I’m truly very grateful.
This is not my first piece from Lie Studio. One of my favorite rings is also from them, and their jewelry has become a special part of my collection.
I recently lost one earring from a pair I had bought a couple of years ago, and although individual replacements are not usually offered, their team kindly made an exception for me and sent one single earring free of charge.
I really appreciate this gesture. It was incredibly thoughtful and made me appreciate the brand even more.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service.

The new bag I received was in terrible condition. The fur kept shedding, and it was clearly damaged—anyone could see it at a glance. I am still shocked—how could a new bag be sent in such an obviously damaged state? What’s even more concerning is how poorly the return process was handled afterward. The staff’s attitude during the final handling reflected the bag’s condition.
I received confirmation three times via email that the refund would be issued to my credit card. In the meantime, they sent me a gift card, so to be safe, I double-checked that the refund would still be issued to my credit card before using the gift card. I felt compelled to use the gift card to help restore the company’s image regarding the condition of the bag, and I even had to purchase additional items.
The real issue, however, arose afterward. Their attitude, combined with the email stating that the refund had been issued as a gift card, is completely unacceptable. Over the course of 12 email exchanges, the credit card refund was confirmed three times, yet the company now claims that the problem was due to my allegedly “mistaken click” in their automatic system. This is despite multiple confirmations from their own staff.
I find this situation extremely unfair and untrustworthy, and I will continue to post reviews to ensure that others are aware and do not receive products from such a company.

I purchased the Elly Necklace. First the delivery was lost and then 2 years and 3 months later, the necklace has lost its polish and it is black and unwearable. The answer from customer support was: the warranty is two years and we won’t do anything. That the necklace was unwearable already prior to the end of warranty and irrespective of warranties that a necklace for 300€ is basically for the bin after 2 years and 3 months speaks for itself. Very bad quality, very poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to purchase. The quality and price is definitely out of proportion.

I had high expectations for Lié Studios based on their branding, but unfortunately, my experience was far from what I hoped. The quality of the products does not match the price point - everything feels overpriced for what you actually get. Customer service was slow to respond and unhelpful when I reached out with an issue regarding my order. Shipping also took longer than stated, and the packaging arrived damaged. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I am incredibly disappointed with Lie Studio’s customer service and their complete lack of willingness to accommodate loyal customers. I received a pair of earrings as a gift a couple of years ago, only to find them so heavy that they were practically unwearable. At the time, I assumed this was just how their earrings were designed.
Fast forward to now, I discovered that Lie Studio has since changed the design, making the earrings much lighter—essentially fixing the very issue that made mine useless. Naturally, I reached out to their customer service, hoping for a fair resolution. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses and zero accountability.
Their reasoning? The earrings weren’t "defective" under their warranty policy. But how is it not a defect when a product is so impractical that it needs a complete redesign? Instead of acknowledging this, they repeatedly told me they couldn’t help me—except for offering a measly 20% discount on a future purchase. Why would I spend more money on a brand that refuses to stand behind their products?
It’s clear that they do not care about customer satisfaction and will hide behind technicalities rather than ensuring people are happy with their products. If you’re considering buying from them, be aware that if anything is wrong, you’re on your own—because they won’t take responsibility. Absolutely unacceptable customer service...

Jeg mistede min ene “Andrea ørering” og skrev derfor til dem om jeg kunne købe en enkelt, fordi jeg synes det ville være dyrt at købe en ny. De svarede med det samme at de desværre ikke måtte sælge dem enkeltvis, men at de havde en sample som havde en meget lille fejl. Den sendte de til min adresse helt gratis. Simpelthen så god service!

Be careful to do business with them!
My daughter returned a ring by international mail because the size was not right. Lié Studio said they received an intact package, but without the ring. They could not/did not want to send over pictures or give more details on what was and what was not in the package, and they closed the case and did not return the money. I do not believe them at all, despite their 'cute' way of communicating with lots of smileys etc etc. Who on earth would pick a ring from a package, then make a new package and send it to the receivers? Absolutely unbelievable and untrustworthy....
