Very good experience and very helpful.
It did take a few attempts to install and I had to reschedule appointments over a few weeks to fit in with my work, but they were very accommodating and didn't let me down.
AutoCad is working just now and all is good.

I bought what was advertised on Wowcher as an “Adobe Lightroom 2026 Lifetime License”. The listing specifically described the product as Lightroom and at no point did it say Lightroom Classic.

After redeeming and installing it, I discovered that what I’d actually been supplied was Lightroom Classic 15.4.1.

I contacted LicensePlace asking for a refund as Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are two different Adobe applications. They actually acknowledged this in their reply, but still refused the refund. Their argument seems to be that because the software works and has the advertised editing features, it doesn’t matter that it’s Lightroom Classic rather than Lightroom.

LicensePlace also pointed out that my screenshot showed some of my photos in the software, apparently as evidence that I was using it. Of course I tried the software after installing it — that’s how I discovered it wasn’t the Lightroom application I was expecting. I imported some photos to try it, found the interface and workflow were different from the Lightroom I had previously used, and that’s when I realised I’d actually been supplied Lightroom Classic.

That completely misses the point for me. I’d used Lightroom before and that was what I thought I was buying. Had the advert said Lightroom Classic, I wouldn’t have bought it.
I’m leaving this review mainly so other people are aware before purchasing.

If you’re expecting the current Lightroom application, be aware that what I received from this deal was Lightroom Classic.

I’ve now raised the issue with Wowcher and am waiting for them to resolve it.

Their reply unfortunately demonstrates the exact issue I have been trying to explain.
This isn't simply a disagreement about the word “Classic” appearing in the product name, nor am I claiming that the software doesn't work.

Lightroom and Lightroom Classic have different interfaces and workflows. I had previously used Lightroom and specifically wanted that application because I was familiar with and preferred its way of organising and editing photographs. After installing the supplied software and trying it with some photos, I immediately found the workflow different. That is when I discovered I had actually received Lightroom Classic.
LicensePlace repeatedly asks me to identify an advertised editing feature that Classic cannot perform. That misses my point. My issue is the application itself and its workflow, not whether both programs happen to contain similar editing tools.

Their own response confirms that the advert said Lightroom, that I received Lightroom Classic 15.4.1, and that Adobe treats Lightroom and Lightroom Classic as distinct products.

Had the listing simply said “Lightroom Classic”, I would have known exactly what I was buying and would not have purchased it.

I thought I'd leave another review as these guys have topped my expectations again with their generosity and help. They are really awesome and I can't recommend them enough! :)

I had a few technical issues while trying to load the licence for the provided software. I emailed the problem back to Licenseplace. The issue was immediately resolved. Great service, highly recommended.

Harry was amazing. I had a few complications with accessing the software I had installed, Harry was able to rectify the issue within no time and was supportive and polite every step of the way. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing one of their products !

I am very satisfied with Licentieplaats. Their licenses are affordable and offer excellent value for money.
What stands out most is their customer service. If something does not work, they take the time to help and work with you until a solution is found. Even if a license stops working after several months, they are still willing to assist and make sure the issue is resolved.

I had an issue loading AutoCAD 2026. Licenseplace auto accessed my PC and installed the software. Excellent service. I cannot thank them enough. Good communication and customer service.

Amazing customer services. I am not very tech savvy so booked a call. Very pleasant young man who spoke excellent English and was able to help with no fuss or drama.

This company should NOT be trusted. Their staff are extremely defensive when questioned about how they obtain perpetual licenses for products which are not available in perpetual format.

Save yourself time and money, buy from ANYWHERE else.

Would definitely recommend installing this - was having a small issue installing but I had help from a MAC specialist called Kevin, he was super friendly and helpful and had my issue sorted in no time.

I had a issue with getting AutoCAD to work on my laptop. I emailed the company and was given a slot for assistance, Harry from the company assisted and fixed the issue in minuets. Communication has been fantastic from start to finish 10/10.
