Timely customer support supplied me with easy-to-follow instructions via e-mail to help me through the process of installing Microsoft Office.

Their Support was Great, and Website was even Greater, I paid for the Software and was able to Download it and was shown the License Key, no need to wait for the email that contained the License Key and link to the Software.

I found Sam and his crew to be very helpful and accommodating. They answered promptly and were very professional.
I absolutely recommend them to anyone considering using them.

I had a couple of issues but the rapid response provided by the team was accurate and resolved my problems in double quick time.
Hopefully Microsoft don't force me to buy a new pc in the near future after Windows 10 issue but should they then I wouldn't hesitate to use Licengo again.

Among the best prices out there, a Microsoft Partner (meaning you can trust them), and there after sale service was exceptional (I had an issue with activation that they not only helped with, but reminded me that any purchase comes with lifetime support). Couldn't ask for more.

Suite à une mauvaise manipulation de ma part Licengo a pu via Anydesk intervenir à distance et tout remettre à jour très rapidement.

I purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus from Licengo, and then a couple of months later my new computer went in for repair (under warranty). Part of the repair involved wiping and re-installing my C drive, so (among other things) I lost the Microsoft Office app from there.
Foolishly (20/20 hindsight is a great thing!) I had not recorded the product license key and I didn't even have a copy of my order. Luckily I was able to track that I had purchased it from Licengo by looking through my bank records.
I went onto their website and their online live help was AMAZING! Within a couple of minutes they had sent me a way to retrieve it all using their support team, and by next morning I had all the information I needed. (It had actually been sent through almost immediately but I had gone to bed)
I cannot speak highly enough of them and the relief I felt from their responses. The support was wonderful. I don't know if they have an AI bot responding or an incredibly fast typist, but whatever it was, it was just SO MUCH APPRECIATED!!

L' os de ma machine présentait un problème qui m'empêchait d'installer Office 2024.
L'expert de Licengo a passé pratiquement à 1 heure à identifier la coquille (bien cachée, au demeurant), et m'a finalement dépanné.

Don't waster your time and money
I never received the license number to activate the software
long discussion with their customer service got me nothing

I found the setup process quite challenging at first, but once I reached the right customer service team, everything became easy. I'm not a computer expert, so they kindly installed the program remotely via AnyDesk with my permission. Their support was professional, patient, and very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service!

My experience was fantastic! Why? Because they help me to resolve my problem without fuss. I will recommend this company to family and friends.
