I ordered one because it said it was in stock , click and collect and then got a credit on my card with no email saying why - obviously was out of stock due to the hot weather

Hi Neil,
We're sorry to hear about your experience.
Due to exceptionally high demand during the recent warm weather, stock availability changed very quickly and unfortunately your click and collect order could not be fulfilled.
For assistance regarding your order and refund, please contact our Customer Support team at info@leylandsdm.co.uk, who are available 7 days a week and will be happy to help.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.
