My little great granddaughter Maisy, who will be 1 year old on Saturday, absolutely loves her cute little Leyadoll we gave her for Christmas.
She is an adorable little personalised Pudding baby girl and is very well made and I am really happy with quality and value for money. Thankyou so much Leyadoll.

I feel as if I have been scammed by this company. I was so excited to place my order for the book for my new granddaughter. However, tracking shows that it was delivered a week ago and it still has not showed up. After inquiring, the company provided me with a local tracking number so I can check with my post office, and proceeds to tell me that since it shows as delivered, they cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred! I’ve never been told that before from a legit company. What really made me suspicious is that the local tracking number is not valid according to USPS. I will be taking this up with my credit card company as fraud, and I will not be ordering the doll I had planned to get for her birthday. I am beyond frustrated!
UPDATE: I have reached out via email and have received no reply regarding a mixup with tracking numbers. The email I did receive is copied below, and I did call USPS and was told this is not a valid number.
"This is Leyadoll Customer Service, we regret your package has experienced a delivery failure. You can contact your local carrier at the provided phone number [1-800-ASK-USPS® (800-275-8777)] ASAP to arrange for the retrieval of your package. In the event that your parcel is not retrieved in a timely manner, Leyadoll cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred. Make sure to have your local tracking number [04102100000042100003344667] ready when contacting the carrier."

I ordered a doll on December 2, 2024. It is now December 22 and the doll has not arrived. It showed as out for delivery (but no indication of what delivery company) from December 13 to December 18. Then it showed as undeliverable on December 18 (and we were home at the times they say they tried to deliver). I reached out to Leyadoll and was given a different tracking number, this time of ACI Logistix who allegedly tried to deliver the doll. I have contacted ACI daily for FOUR consecutive days and have received no response at all about this situation. Leyadoll's response to me is that they are not responsible. It is ridiculous that they do not take any responsibility at all, and I am left without a Christmas gift for my granddaughter, and out the money I paid for it. Avoid this company at all costs.

This baby doll is so pretty. It makes it so much better because it has blue eyes and brown hair like my little baby granddaughter. She's going to like it Christmas.

I have ordered each of my granddaughters, Leyla dolls, many times, as well as daughters, of some of my friends! I purchased yet another doll, for my great niece, for Christmas this year! Each of them loved their Leyla dolls! I love them because they are so sweet and soft, and wash well! I am a very happy customer!

I e bought four of these dolls now, three for my daughter and one for a friends daughter.
My baby absolutely loves hers. They’re her first dolls, and she spends ages rolling around playing with them. Her favourite is the pumpkin Halloween doll, she absolutely beams every time she comes out. I love the quality of the dolls.
And the little details. I’ve bought her the reindeer one for Christmas and I just know she will love the little gingerbread man on it and the antlers.
Can’t recommend this store enough! Will definitely be purchasing the little doll books for her birthday.

What a piece of junk! The pictures do not do it any justice! Looks nothing like the photos, this is a gift, I could not ever give this to my granddaughter for Christmas!

this company is disgusting. BEWARE ALL CANADIANS. I ordered 2 dolls November 11, 2024.
I am still waiting for my order. There is no one you can actually speak with . Their email responses are so misleading and inadequate. I have asked for a tracking number since they state that my order has been shipped. THE TRACKING NUMBER IS FALSE.

We have 8 grandsons with the oldest 18 and youngest 3. In June my dil had a girl! Yay the only granddaughter💜 so I ordered her Leya newborn Doll for Christmas. My first time purchasing a doll for a grandchild. I was so excited over it. I can’t wait for. Christmas to give it to her!

Doll is perfect for my granddaughter. I loved that I could personalize her. The doll came quickly and nicely packaged. Very cute, soft, and easy for the one year old to carry around.

I bought this doll for my one year old granddaughter. The doll received lots of comments about how adorable and well made it was. I would definitely ordered another type in the future.

I was so disappointed in this doll. The doll its self seems fine but the clothes were cheap and not soft. I wish I hadn’t chose to have it personalized it was an ugly gold glitter iron on name that too was stiff and didn’t look good at all. I was also not happy to find out it came straight from China, my fault for not doing better research. Do not recommend.

I ordered a leyla doll from an Australian website and it is being shipped from Hong Kong . Will return when received. This is false advertising.

I love the softness of this doll. Very well made. Definitely worth the $$. Received product in a timely matter. I was so happy with the quality of this doll that I purchased another for my grand niece. Thank you for creating such a beautiful doll.

I have ordered several dolls and few other items (blankets and stuffed animals) and every single purchase has not disappointed. Each item has been well crafted with amazing materials, colors, and details. I love gift-giving from this site for my friends' children because the items are of great quality, the children and babies love them, and a portion of proceeds is donated to help other children obtain a new "smile".

These are the sweetest dolls. They are soft and teething friendly. I bought this cutie for our 3 month old granddaughter. Just perfect for her.

I placed an order and didn’t receive a confirmation email or any updates about the order. The company were not very helpful at looking into it and I started to log the issue with my bank to get a charge back. My order then eventually appeared three weeks later. The item looks to be good quality and will make a nice gift for a child’s Christmas. Not sure it was worth the hassle though!
