Once I did my return because the jackets were sent to me to small when I ordered based off of specifications... the quality was there but the customer service and logistics are extremely unsatisfactory. I have been waiting for MONTHS for the replacement for my two Jackets that I ordered. I have all my email traffic showing that they will give me a tracking number which they never do. I never got a real reply until I asked for my money back! I still have not recieved the items even after once again they said that they will send it overnight... once again no more responses for a tracking number or anything at all for the tracking confirmation. They also will not give a refund.... its to the point I am not sure if I should just report this to BBB or not...

This Jacket is like I was standing there, and it was tailor made for me. I ordered the large and it fits like a glove. Wonderfully made. I am 5'9" 185 and broad shoulders. It might fit a little too good though if I take into consideration of wearing something heavy in the winter underneath it, so... I ordered an extra-large of the exact same jacket. I know crazy, but, whatever. Service was longer than expected but still within a two-week period. Not bad for something I really won't wear until winter. (It is currently December 2022). Anyways, the jacket appears to be very warm and made very well. Time will tell. In the meantime, I Love It!

The Leather Jacket was everything that I had hoped it would be, sleek, trendy, shiny black, a fashionable throwback look, and worth the price that I paid for it.

Well their response time could use some improvement everything worked out well remember to order a size bigger I'm a 2x and needed a 3x that will save a lot of extra time on returns the jacket is medium weight not heavy so it's a summer jacket but nice.

Keeps me warm!

I am very satisfied with this purchase, delivery was in time for Halloween with authentic design and attention to detail was outstanding. I will be ordering again for Christmas.

June 2022 ordered an item. Recieved it and totally wasnt what the picture looked like, way small in size, and cheap quality. Went through the process of returning it per their guidelines. Spent more money for shipping. They received the item and still have not refunded me. Keep sending emails and attempting contact but get the same response, someone will be in contact or the refund will show in 8-10 bussiness days. Months later still nothing. What a waste. Bogus company.

I bought my daughter a motorcycle jacket and I am very pleased, however I am upset that your company quit using four, the buy now pay later plan.I want to buy 3 backpacks for myself and my son and my daughter but I don't know since I can't use four. Please bring it back!

I wish I can give this company no stars. Purchased two jackets and returned them. 3 months and counting asking for my money back via email and phone call. I get wishy washy responses and promises that the refund will be issues, but that has not happened. Never got my money back.

Was really excited when I ordered my leather bag back in July, but unfortunately it never came.
The customer support kept telling me it was shipped and “just a few more days!” But eventually it became clear it was never coming.

Really disappointed in this company. Eventually had to get my credit card company involved. Really rough stuff.

I like this jacket, wind proof, lined and warm for casual riding. Nicely styled, love the sleeve cuffs and pattern. Zips on pockets are sharp on the inside and scratch back of hand a bit, maybe regular zipping up and down will wear the edge down a bit. Has some white spots in the bit. stitching that i use a permanent marker to cover. Not very thick for safety aspects of motorcycling, but i use it on cool summer nights to go cruising.

The soft fabric stretchy waist and cuffs along with the quality lining make it really comfortable. The same soft fabric also lines the neck so the leather doesn't stick or cause your neck to sweat like with other leather and -leather jackets where the material touches your skin.

I ordered a computer bag for Father’s Day. Received one very damaged. Requested a refund return. Got an email they were shipping another one. Then July 23 was told my new one was shipped and still received nothing. My husband got a damaged product for Father’s Day . I will never recommend you!!!
