I had several issues when purchasing my account and reached out to customer support for help. They told me to wait a few days for my account to appear on my dashboard — but nothing ever happened. Days went by with no progress or real updates. Eventually, Raul reached out on a Sunday to sort things out, which I appreciate, but it honestly shouldn’t have taken that long or required someone to personally intervene just to fix such a basic issue. The whole process was frustrating and poorly managed.

Got my trading account back from the transfer after the temporary shut down which I’m not gonna lie I was scared I wasn’t but I did and it was a 100k 2 phase account.

Took me about 2 months to pass stage 1 and stage 2, after about 2 weeks of trading I made $3,450 which I requested my payout and the same day for $2,760. It took me a while because I don’t have the news trading addon so I made sure I only traded when I could I made sure to close all my positions 5 mins before any news which I had to close some trades early which is why I took longer but other than that love this company so far again, gained my trust back especially now that they are funding traders with real money, hope they will credit wire transfer payouts one day

I had requested a withdrawal request on 17th sept they denied my payout and breached the account(923308), after contacting for continuous 1 week they give us my account back on 26th sept but again when i requested a withdrawal on 28th sept they denied the payout and breached the account with the same reason which he explained earlier (news violation) But the fact is I haven't traded any trade on news. Since from then I tried multiple times to get in touch with their support but till yet I haven't received any response from them.

Hello everyone! First and foremost I’d like to thank the creators in this space and business. If you are new to trading or getting familiar and trying to understand the game… don’t worry it’s okay. Everything is all set up so we can help you out. I’ve been in this space for a couple of years now and just like anyone when you are first starting out you don’t really know where to go or who to trust. I understand that and can relate. My experience with LVT has been amazing so far! The process of getting started is super straightforward and the support team is mighty quick with their responses. I passed my challenge and got funded in just a couple days. Go ahead and cop them challenges and get funded!

I had a 200k account before the migration. After waiting for a few weeks for the migration to be over i started getting skeptical as to if i would ever see my account again or my money was gone. Once they did launch i sbumitted the documentation requested and did get my 200k account back. Sadly i did lose that account due to bad trading but was promised a free retry since i was part of the old account migration. and i did get funded after 4.5 weeks. I wanted to test out the daily payout system so after they day i received my funded account i made $2,300 on my first trade which happened around 10am. Requested a payout for $500 and ended up receiving the payout around 3pm EST to my crypto wallet which i was surprised since most prop firm DO NOT payout that fast. So i continued to trade and ended up losing the funded account but im back on stage 1 again. I did ask about the refund on my challenge fee which is normal on prop firms with the first payout but customer support said since i did fail and only succeeded on the free retry i was not eligible for the refund which is understandable. So far everything has been running smoothly and have had no major issues. definitely recommend especially since they are one of the few that offer real funds.

I have a couple accounts with different prop firms and Leveled up traders is by far the best one. With daily payouts and the easy to use platform it’s really hard to compare. The leveled up team is always very quick to respond and has always helped me out with any questions I’ve had. Shoutout to Artyom, who helped me receive my refunds on my passed challenges very quickly!

Before they rebranding, Leveled up society was my top trusted prop firm. After rebranding, everything changed. I've struggling to get a hold of customer service for MONTHS and when I finally reach someone, all they can tell me is that my query has been raised to the team. And they NEVER get back to me... I've requested a refund since I can't get any help from them but I'm not able to get my money back. I've requesting access to my challenge account, since they keep changing brokers. I've been told last week that my issue has been raised and it will take up to 72 hours. When I followes up this morning after waiting almost a week, they told me the exact same thing. At this point I am not even interested in continuing this challenge with them. I've never experienced this type of customer service in my entire life. It's ridiculous.
