Slow payout system
Requested a $1,000 payout the other day and they took a full 24 hours to execute it which was the end of the next trading day so i never received the payout due to their laggy system.
Just blows my mind how they sit through a whole work day without getting my payout to me...

Thank you for your feedback, we are always looking for ways we can improve at LUT.
I was able to look into your issues a little further. It looks like you requested your payout, however after requesting your payout there was continued trading on the account which caused a drop in profits and the payout was no longer valid. As good practice, we always recommend that you pause all trading until the payout has been paid.
While it does take time to process payouts as we are working with many customers, we strive to get payouts out as quickly as possible often getting payouts out in as little as 24 hours, however it can take up to one business day to process.

I wanted to take some time to compose my review before sharing my thoughts, and I’m thrilled to say that I’m thoroughly impressed. In today’s market, with numerous prop firms emerging, I had some reservations. However, Leveledup has surpassed all my expectations.
The trading conditions are exceptionally favorable. The challenge is straightforward and easy to grasp, and the payout experience has been nothing short of great. I’ve received multiple payouts without any delays, as promised.
I also encountered an issue with TradeLocker, but I promptly presented them with proof of the incident. They thoroughly reviewed my claim, which included video evidence, and promptly compensated me for my losses.
Overall, I have nothing but positive experiences to share. I will continue to use Leveledup as my trusted trading partner. I also want to extend a special shoutout to our support member, Dario, who has provided exceptional customer service and assistance.

SCAM PROP FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Disgusting prop firm , there was always ghost trades , placed on BTC , after purchase the challenge was a issue with tradelocker , and some losses due the platform where restored , however the issues continued after they "fixed it ".
I never received an email explaining the issue or what next steps to follow , i have to contact endless times to customer support , to be able to find out whats going on , i have to contact customer service every day for 4 days straight. Customer services was always unresponsive and willfully ignorant.( Shout out to KELLY that has less reasoning than my fish)
At the end the account was blow with trades that i didn't placed and they refuse to provide solutions .
The Tradelocker Platform has always issues , always freezes. I have 5g Optic Fiber in case you might think is my internet , so no. They do it on purpose so you can fail as many challenges as you buy so they can get more money from you , they don't want to withdraw , the want your challenge money
TOTALLY SCAM PROP FIRM.
UPDATE!!!
After reaching out to customer support, I provided plenty of evidence, including screenshots, order IDs, and the exact time and date of the affected orders. Despite this, they told me their "team" checked everything but couldn't provide any solution at all.
They acknowledged one issue and reimbursed me for the losses on one of the four days when the platform had problems. However, they completely ignored the other three days. During those three days, I was told I would be contacted, but instead, I had to keep following up myself through live customer service to get any answers.
On top of that, they didn’t address other serious issues like stop orders not triggering under normal market conditions, “ghost trades” on BTC, platform instability, and multiple orders being created when only one was intended. These are critical problems that directly impact trading precision, yet they’re treated as if they’re nothing out of the ordinary.
If you’re considering this prop firm, be aware. Trading requires precision, and dealing with these kinds of unresolved issues and lack of accountability is a frustrating experience.

They manipulated my account to force failing my challenge. I contacted their Customer Service and they kept going back and forth trying their best deny manipulating my account. Leveled Up Traders is a scam and 90% of the 5stars reviews you see here are fake. I will contact the Police and report Leveled Up Traders.

Hustle free, top customer service
Bought the spin challenge over the holiday break. Although there was issues promo (because the system went down) Chris was always responsive whenever I had questions with what was happening with the promo. Always professional and attentive, no bs responses either. Raul stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. He communicated on Sunday regarding what was going on and on monday, he followed up to see if I had received my account and if everything was working properly. Although there was issues in beginning, they made the experience worry free.
