Sprachliche Barrieren und zu wenig Erfahrung.

Very friendly, understanding, and professional. The communication was easy, and they were kind throughout the whole process. The cleaning was immaculate and done to a very high standard. Everything was spotless, and I was very happy with the result. I highly recommend their service!

I have not yet had the cleaning done, but I booked far in advance of my return to Basel because earlier experiences with Let's Clean have been excellent.

Ich habe eine Grundreinigung von 3 Stunden mit zwei Mitarbeitenden inklusive Reinigungsprodukte kostet CHF 270. Bestellt. Ein mann hat neben den Arbeit nur telefoniert. Er hat 3 Fenster 3 Stunden geputzt.

Bis jetzt war alles tip top, leider klappte es beim letzten Mal nicht so, wie ich es mir gewünscht hatte.

Marcela was fantastic! She really did a great job, was very thorough, cleaned exceptionally well, did everything I needed to be done, and has a wonderful personality. Also the communications with me about the appointment itself were very helpful and I was pleased we could set something up on short notice. I will easily hire through Let's Clean Basel again.

The cleaning service was great. For regular or deep cleaning, taking care of the details, adapting to your needs and trustful people. I called them when my regular cleaning person was in sick leave for long term. They understood the situation and send me a person to help me the following day and schedule a flexible weekly appointment, I definitely recommend them, I will call them again for the absences or holidays.

I've been with Let's Clean Basel for around 6 months now, and they've always been responsive and flexible. Marcela is always attentive and professional.
