Ordered the new Barton Hybrid 3 shifter with the 3 bushing construction. I believed that I was shipped the older Barton shifter constructed with 2 bushings. I am currently waiting for an answer to see what can be done to correct this order malfunction.
UPDATE:
Received a reply from lethal performance within 1 day. They called Barton Industries and found that parts were hard to source during Covid so the shifter was redesigned with new more robust materials which means it no longer needed 3 bushings. I called Barton Industries myself and verified this statement to be true.

Ordered some paint match door handles for my 25 f150 in rapid red metallic. The quality of the paint looks amazing, but it seems to have a bit of a maroon finish, but not very noticeable. Not sure if its due to the paint on a plastic surface vs aluminum.

Excellent buying experience, customer service experience, and parts experience.
I ordered two differential bushing inserts and two bolts but only needed one of each - should have looked under the vehicle first. CS was superb - lightning fast, courteous, patient and stopped the shipment, got the correct parts, got my refund in progress, and parts delivered speedily. Also took the opportunity to order a differential brace which arrived a couple of days later. Asked for advice on lowering springs (future purchase), too - CS fellow shared his experience which helped me choose the right springs. Modding purchases will continue with LP - great staff, selection, and pricing.

Parts are awesome and my Explorer ST is looking and sounding better. But I'm far from done. Thank you Lethal Performance for your services and quality parts. Happy Holidays.

Fast and easy!

If I could do zero stars I would. They advertise door handle replacements as a simple installation. This is false!! The one socket they provide did not work on our 2024 bronco. Spent hours trying to get them on the door. Ended up having to take to a professional who also couldn’t get with the socket and had to take the door panel off. Spent another $300 to get them on!! Contacted customer service and was basically told the mechanic owed us our money back because it wasn’t necessary!! Wrong!!
