I live in Mexico, and, sometimes it is hard to find American companies selling their products in my Country. This was the case with UPR. I wanted to buy one Oil Drain Plug, but they don´t sell in Mexico. However, I was able to finally purchase the same product, through "Lethal Performance!" I have to say that the service I received was excellent, even though I didn´t buy an expensive item. The shipment was expedite and I received my part, sooner than expected! Looking forward to make new purchases!

It took 3 weeks for them to get the part in stock. The when my order said ready to ship the part never shipped. I had to reach out to the company and ask why the part was sitting. I received a message back stating the parts are being sent out in a certain order. Then half an hour later it said my part was shipped. I do not feel I should have waited so long just to receive a flex pipe, or have to reach out for the part to be shipped. The part was also too short, the gentleman who installed it has been doing muffler work for 20 years and called me up saying the part was too short and had to do some custom work.

They care about the customers! They love the Mustang platforms! And great tech help

My first order with Lethal Performance and definitely a great one, talked to a representative who let me know my package would be shipped out and let me change my address with no issue at all and very professional and once it go here it was a whiz install and such a high quality product definitely can’t wait for my next order to ship out!

Easy to navigate, have 2 orders with them recently and having to contact and get updates was easy and fast. I still havent recieved one of the orders and its been a while. Stuff happens but it would be nice to know if there is going to be a crazy delay BEFORE you buy as there really isnt anything stating that.

I am very disappointed with my experience from ordering from them. I selected to buy from them based on the prices and positive reviews in regard to shipping, however, I placed an order over the phone on 3/31/26 and was told that my order was to ship from Indiana to SC and that it would ship that same day and that I should receive it by Friday 3/3 and that I would receive a tracking number when it shipped. I called them today, 3/2, to see if it shipped as I did not receive a tracking number. They informed me that it is shipping from CA and gave to me a tracking number that has an ETA of 4/7. What I am disappointed about is that #1 I would really like to get the parts on my car, and #2 it is really interfering either way my schedule planning around installation at a shop.
They may very well be a middle man operation brokering and outsourcing parts for sales.
If they were accurate from the beginning with reliable information from first contact I would have been able prepared for delivery.
I don’t think that I will trust them to order from again, I would rather pay a little bit more for reliability.

Ordered a T56 magnum and got the wrong gear ratio. The site lists 2.97 and 2.66 but doesn't show the ratios for 2.97 or say that it's a wide ratio. I began an exchange and was told to figure out how to get it back to their supplier on my own. No help with setting up shipping even though I offered to pay for it. Then I was told they asked the supplier to arrange shipping and they said no. The supplier told me they never asked so I was lied to. Really not much was done to help with the exchange at all other than issue an RMA number. I contacted the supplier directly and they setup shipping and exchange no problem at all. All lethal did was place an order on my behalf to some other company, like an Amazon store.

I ordered a AFE cold air intake for my 2009 cts v. The price was low and quality was great with free shipping. My order was processed shipped and delivered in less than 24 hrs!

Very easy to talk to. Willing to help. Nobody that is arrogant acting like a jerk.I’ve encountered a few places like that. I’ll buy as much through this place as possible. We need companies like this to stay open.

Very impressed with the outstanding customer service that I received. There was an issue with my order, which was my fault, to confirm which parts I actually needed. This level of service does not happen everywhere. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I purchased a set of head gaskets that said online in stock called a week later to find out that it wasn’t in stock and would have to wait a couple weeks for them to ship
So I tried to. Cancel and couldn’t cancel till I got the gaskets and then have to fill out a return form to send them back
They said they were customer made is why I couldn’t just cancel them
But I called COMETIC gaskets and ordered a set that they had and received them in 3 days
So now I’m out 400 bucks till they decide they can refund my money
And probably will charge me a restocking fee
Won’t never buy there again

i bought these catted down pipes to fix fords F/U. product fixed my issue i no longer have a crack and leaking cat. i did not notice any performance gains with factory exhaust and the high flow cat downpipes. this was not my goal but one would think spending 700 on high flow part would give you something. tuning and exhaust would do the trick but this is an explorer and didnt want it to sound like some kids loud hoopty honda civic.

It was very easy to compare products and find exactly what I was looking for. Shocks and struts here were a better deal than anywhere else I could find. Plus, you guys have dope tees.
