Des bouchers irrespectueux
Au téléphone, tout était magnifique. Lina m'a arrangé mon hôtel que je souhaitais modifier et elle m'a rassuré. Sur place, c'est tout autre chose qui s'est passé. Rien à dire sur l'hôtel et la prise en charge avec les chauffeurs. Mais la clinique, alors là, c'est un cauchemar. Dès l'accueil, la personne ne savait pas lire un passeport.
Ensuite, je me suis rendu dans une chambre transformée en bureau avec le traducteur. Une personne est entrée sans se présenter et j'ai appris que c'était le médecin qui allait procéder à ma greffe de cheveux. Je ne l'ai pas trouvé sympathique.
Après avoir rempli les démarches, on m'a conduit dans une chambre (non stérile). Sans me prévenir, une personne m'a saisi le bras et m'a mis un cathéter. J'ai dit au traducteur que c'était brutal, il m'a répondu "Pourquoi ?". Je lui ai expliqué nos méthodes en France.
Ensuite, disparition du traducteur. Je me suis retrouvé allongé sur le ventre et, sans comprendre, j'ai commencé à ressentir des piqûres qui faisaient mal et j'ai compris que c'était l'anesthésie. Sauf que malheureusement, elle n'était pas assez forte et j'ai tout ressenti.
Durant l'opération, plein de personnes sont entrées dans la chambre pour rigoler avec le médecin. Je précise que ces personnes n'avaient rien à faire dans la chambre. Un photographe est même entré pour me photographier sans mon accord. J'ai souffert le martyr jusqu'à une heure avant la fin où j'ai fini par craquer et me plaindre. Personne ne parlait français et le traducteur, qui a juste servi à me faire signer les papiers et prendre mon argent, a disparu dès que j'avais payé.
Plus d'un mois après l'opération, j'ai encore mal. Pourtant, je respecte les consignes. J'ai été voir un médecin car j'ai des petites infections derrière ma zone de prélèvement. J'ai des photos qui montrent l'état de la salle d'opération. Sans compter le flot incessant des visiteurs qui sont passés dans la chambre sans avoir de masque. Aucun respect de l'hygiène. Si la Turquie entrait en Europe, toutes ces cliniques seraient immédiatement fermées pour non-respect des normes sanitaires. Renseignez-vous bien avant de choisir et n'hésitez pas à payer un peu plus cher. Je regrette mon choix et déconseille cette clinique à tous mes amis.
J'ai adressé un courrier que j'ai fais traduire en turc au directeur de la clinique et j'ai attendu plus de deux semaines pour une réponse, je vous l'adresse ci-dessous.
Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour votre retour et je suis vraiment désolé pour ce qui s'est passé. Toutes les personnes concernées, à commencer par Lina, devront rendre des comptes. First of all we didn't change the price when you came to Turkey because you didn't come,just happened a mistake and we told you about it before you come here because we can not give you 9 nights in the hotel with the zirconium crowns with 500€, and you know that a problem happened when we sent you the report and you knew about this but you are doing a bad reviews on our social media just to give you this price and you know that's is impossible, even this we gave you a good price but you didn't accept it, we have all these things in the conversation we will take all the proofs and we will let the people see it to know we don't do this to our patients .

Awful clinic and awful customer service. I’m so unhappy with how I’ve been treated and how I’ve been lied to numerous times by the people working in this clinic. It’s appalling, all they care about is money and they will put you in situations where you have no option but to pay more money to get what you wanted initially but to still not have what was promised. I went here a while back approx 5 weeks and I was lied to from the start not realising this till I was in turkey and had already spent on my ticket and hotel etc so had no option but to go ahead with the procedure, for which I had to extend my ticket another 3 days and pay for another 3 days at the hotel too from my own pocket even tho it was the staff working at lerraclinic lady called Sara’s fault who told me 4 days aftercare will be enough but then the doctor refused to do the procedure on me until I had 5 days remaining in turkey.
In front of the doctor the lady translator called rania said yes yes we will pay for the hotel and tickets blah blah but she refused to later. I’m so appalled, they’re so stingy that they had promised to give medicines after the surgery but wanted me to pay for them even separately after.
The aftercare is appalling, I was so dizzy and felt so unwell after the surgery and they sent me to the hotel and refused to do a check up on me. They kept saying we’re talking to the doctor and will try to arrange for the doctor to check you up but this never happened. I never got a check up after the surgery even tho I’m diabetic and suffer from high bp. So basically I could’ve had any issue and died but they couldn’t care less.
Be careful, don’t trust them. The reviews from before on here seem fake.

Je n’est qu’un mots à dire Louiza a été une maman de voyage pour moi!! Je tiens également à remercier la clinique qui a tout fait pour me mettre alaise ! au membre du personnels de l’hôtel ! Petit erreur.. dommage que le chauffeurs ne soit pas aussi professionnel que l’ensemble de l’organisation de LERRA Clinique mais ce n’est que détails techniques, après un résultat à la hauteur de mes attentes. Very disappointed crowns fitted about 3 months…very
Had Teeth crown fitted about 3 months ago had nothing but discomfort from the start had them removed at the first visit stayed another 4 days to re do only to be done the same .incorrectly fitted made up of blocks of teeth in stead of individual crowns making them impossible to clean fitted which created infection .. fitted a bridge incorrectly on the front . Told them was wrong at the final 2 nd sitting only to be told it’s natural to feel pressure will go away but never did was just uncomfortable from the start .. contacted them only to be brushed aside wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all they looked great but felt terrible .. very unhelpful management team offered to solve the problem but after 2 failed attempts already .. didn’t feel like using then and going back been too another dentist to rectify there mistakes who was also shocked by the work

Great service, kind workers and professional doctors
My experience at the clinic has been absolutely exceptional from start to finish. I decided to undergo a rhinoplasty, and from the very first consultation, I felt completely in good hands. The medical team and clinic staff have shown a high level of professionalism and attention to detail that I truly appreciate.
In particular, I want to highlight the kindness and dedication of Ms. Elham. From the moment I spoke to her, she ensured that I felt comfortable and welcome. She patiently and clearly answered all my questions, which helped me fully understand the process and alleviate my concerns.
The rhinoplasty procedure itself was a complete success. The surgeon displayed an exceptional level of skill and expertise, and the final results exceeded all my expectations. I feel much more confident and satisfied with my appearance, and the entire process was much less stressful than I had imagined.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Lerraclinic , and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a positive experience. One of the standout highlights of my visit was the incredible care and support I received from the staff, particularly Elham she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well informed throughout my time at the clinic. In summary the clinic is top notch and I cannot recommend Lerraclinic highly enough
