Nous avons eu une très bonne expérience avec Lerra Clinic.
Un grand merci à notre personne de contact Lina qui a coordonné depuis le début notre arrivée en Turquie, les rendez-vous avec les médecins, les hôtels, les prises en charge.
La clinique est très propre et le matériel moderne. La greffe de cheveux s’est bien passé avec un travail professionnel de la part des médecins et les assistantes.
Nous avons eu un traducteur francophone tout le long du séjour et la communication avec le personnel médical très fluide.
Nous sommes contents et attendons avec impatience les résultats finaux de la greffe de cheveux.

Au fait moi j’ai eu les mêmes problèmes que toi au mois de mars le 11 mars quand je me suis fait opérer pour une Greffe de cheveux le même système le même interprète envoie le docteur il apparaît 10 minutes on le voit plus j’ai eu quand même des problèmes, j’ai attrapé une bactérie et beaucoup plus de choses, j’ai téléphoné plusieurs fois pour me disait toujours c’est normal c’est bien et la dernière fois on me demandait le traitement ce que je faisais pour cet infection j’ai tout dit et j’ai jamais eu de réponse. Je suis allé voir une dermato, et un docteur qui m’a donné les antibiotiques C’est rentré à peu près dans l’ordre j’ai eu beaucoup de boutons qui sont sortis même encore maintenant Au bout de six mois ça repousse mais je me demande si ça va prendre du volume. Au fait c’est pas une Clinique c’est une Clinique mais qui loue des chambres et qui font leur travail une fois terminé tu ne vois même pas le soi-disant Docteur, ils remballe leur matériel dans leur sac à dos Comme s’il partait en vacances, quand vous avez un souci, la commerciale vous répond toujours par une bande sonore c’est plus simple. Attention mes cheveux repoussent correctement mais je pense que je n’aurais pas ta densité. Comme M’a dit qu’on m’a proposé ça ne fait que six mois à voir. On verra au bout d’un an ? Pour le moment si tu vas chez eux il faut avoir un caractère fort comment tu déprimes quand tu rentres chez toi

All that glitters is not gold.
I had a stem cell hair treatment at Lerra clinic and I am a bit disappointed with the whole experience. Their agents on whatsapp try to convince you that Lerra clinic is the best with very high quality of all the services but reality on ground does not match with those claims. Many of the pieces of information about the procedure and the doctor and about the all-inclusive package were incorrect. They charge 450 Euros extra on top of the cost of procedure to provide you with 2 nights in hotel and transport between airports, hotel and clinic. They do pick you up from airport to the clinic but the moment they get money from you, you are no more a VIP. The transport from clinic to hotel was shared with another patient and we were made to wait for that and despite multiple reminders and reassurances they failed to provide transport from hotel to airport on the day of my return citing lame excuses and I ended up hiring a taxi myself. If you can arrange your own taxi and hotel, you could easily save at least 300 Euros. They try to get money from you in advance for the whole package even before you have seen any doctor. There is no consent process before procedure. They also try to sell you different products which are not in the package. Unless you keep showing them what was promised in the package, you don’t automatically get everything. After you pay them and have the procedure done, nobody is in touch with you. In short they are after your money and try to extract as much from your pocket as they can but the quality of the procedure itself is no better than some other clinics which do the same thing for half the price. Finally going to Turkey from UK to have a procedure done is not cheaper than having it in UK when you add all the travel costs, travel insurance, unforeseen missed flights/hotels, food etc unless you are already in Turkey for another reason.

We saw your comment on our trust pilot and there are things that we need to make clear respectfully .
From the begging we provided you with a full consultation, you said you wanted to book hotel on your own and you don't need transport then you changed your mind so we provided you with transport and hotel accommodation.
For the departure you didn't send the flight and we are a clinic with a coordinating system so if there is no timing and proof of ticket the drivers have other patients to pick up that are saved in the system .
You called at 5 O clock in the morning and started to blame when all we did was helping you from the begging but you had the intention to make a problem and write bad about us .
Every clinic has their system and we are all doing our best and working in order to make the patients happy, and patients must accept the system of our clinic and the concept from the begging before coming and making problems .
For the payement we never forced anyone to pay extra , you had a full consultation with the doctor in the clinic and payed for the procedure that is done with your full agreement .
So the fault is not ours , as we are providing services with planning and coordination system , also you must accept it and respect our working system too .
