Merci à l'agence Leopard qui nous a organisé un magnifique séjour dans la réserve privée Black Rhino dans le Pilanesberg. Le lodge était merveilleux et la logistique parfaite !

Diana and her team provided us, that is two families of five, with a superb service, in particular with a fantastic travel itenary tailor made for our wishes and budget. We could have not been more satisfied, and Diana's personal touch gave us the feeling we were special guests. In the end, we were forced to cancel the trip due to Corona. Diana and the orchestrated all the refunds, so that we were able recover 98% of the prepayments. Bespoke travel planning at it's best, many thanks Diana!

Leopard nos asigno a Dafne como persona de contacto para organizar el viaje, la comunicación solo por wz , nada queda escrito.(pero los tenemos guardados)
Antes de comprar billetes le dijimos el vuelo en que llegábamos a Sudáfrica, Una vez comprado nos dice que el avión a cataratas victoria salía antes de la llegada nuestra ( una noche en un hotel del aeropuerto).
De vuelta vemos que dada esta circunstancia con el vuelo nos hubiera podido aconsejar de hacer el circuito empezando por Maun en vez de Kasane y aprovechar el viaje 1 día mas. Durante el circuito salió a la luz a variante Omicron y nos cancelaron vuelos, nos organizamos para volver gracias a la ayuda del personal del excelente hotel Belmond . ( grandes profesionales ,un 10 a ellos). Le comunicamos que salíamos antes del pais y que no hiciera nada. El hotel había hecho un cambio de fecha del vuelo, al llegar al aeropuerto nos decían que no estaba pagado, total resulta que Dafne lo anulo sin nuestra autorización. Tuvimos que comprar otro billete para llegar a Johnaesbourg . Un billete mucho mas caro, 600 €. A día de hoy 27/01/2022 nos ha dicho que nos devuelve solo 30 €.
Nadie le había dicho que interviniera. La llamos des de el aeropuerto y no quiso saber nada. Tenia nuestro dinero del billete .
Otra cosa mas : si Dafne nos hubiera aconsejado empezar por Maun, la pruebas de PCR para salir son mas faciles de hacer que en Kasane y mas económicas, no hay el coste de la avioneta medica.
Muy descontentos de Dafne y su poca profesionalidad y la poca información al diseñar el viaje. Y muy descontentos que no haya dado la cara y nos nos haya dado el importe del billete.

We hired Leopard for our family vacation in South Africa, in October 2021.
They prepared the entire itinerary based on your wishes, hopes, and family criteria, booked hotels, activities and even flights and rental cars. They took into consideration our four kids’ ages (from 6 to 15, not easy to satisfy everybody !).
Everyone was delighted.
They assisted us all along the way in a very kind and non intrusive manner. Super efficient, super gentle, and always available.
The price was very competitive : cheaper than going on our own!
I recommend this agency without an ounce of hesitation - ask for Daphnée, she is amazing.

We were on the receiving end of a tremendous personal and bespoke experience from Diana at Leopard Voyage. She was highly responsive and went the extra mile to find what we were seeking out.

We had a wonderful road trip in family through Augrabies Falls and the Kalahari. Diana from Leopard had great advice, and tried everything she could to get us camping sites despite the short timeline. We would strongly recommend Leopard!

Diana helped plan our South African honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect. I cannot thank Diana enough for all her thoughtful recommendations and everything she did to make our honeymoon the best trip we've ever been on. From the start of the process with Diana, she helped understand our preferences and made sure she suggested hotels and activities that fit us as a couple. She helped coordinate and advise us on booking everything from flights to day activities and researched everything personally for us. When we arrived in Cape Town at our first hotel after quite a bit of travel, she had left for us a beautiful itinerary and a few thoughtful gifts to help commemorate the beginning of our trip. While on the trip most of the heavy lifting of planning had been done for us and all the was left was for us to simply enjoy ourselves. All bookings, restaurant suggestions, anything we really could have needed was taken care of for us. She even was available for us to message in case we had questions which definitely helped when traveling in a foreign country. I cannot express enough how magical this trip was and how Diana was to thank for all of it. Diana, thank you so much for the trip of a lifetime!

Best travel experience of South Africa! Leopard helped us organize our trip and gave some amazing insider tips!From luxury safari lodges in Kruger with knowledgeable guides to Cape Town trendy spots with the best of garden road and tasty restaurants/wine tasting in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek... I don’t think I ever had such a diverse and wonderful travel experience. Diana has the best adresses of South Africa for all budgets and made us felt welcome and special during our trip. We worked with Leopard to organize safaris in the Kruger Park in South Africa.

Diana has been very efficient and of huge help: she understood exactly what we were looking for. Being South African, and a nature lover, she added her "insider" point of view and gave us precious advises. The result was that she proposed very relevant alternatives all matching our expectations, that we simply had to choose from and she managed all following steps to organize, even preparing us a surprise in our stay in the lodge!

A very good customer experience then, allowing us to fill our head with incredible souvenirs!

Thanks Diana for helping tailor a fantastic trip to South Africa for us. She helped us with a few days in Johannesburg and then a Self drive, self catering trip through Kruger which was wonderful. She was extremely helpful in finding us a comfortable B&B in Johannesburg in a secure area, which coming from Australia and not knowing Jo'burg, was one of our concerns. She also suggested a fabulous walking tour with a guide around the city centre which was excellent. She was very responsive to email queries and gave us a number of choices to pick from. We had to go to Cape Town for a training and Leopard helped us to organise the whole thing. Initially we were thinking of staying at the same hotel that we are using as the venue for the training but they offered us an option of an apartment that is only a few minutes walking away, is almost half of the price and actually with the best views ever since is literally first line on Mouille Point. Such a nice place that I actually decided to extend and stay over the weekend. Everything else went smooth.

I recently gave Diana a brief to arrange a 10 day trip for two.

Diana's professionalism, creativeness and especially her attention to detail left me gob smacked. I have traveled extensively but have never experienced service such as this.

On their return, the comment they made was that this was the best 10 days of their life. This coming from a husband whose mantra is "no place like home". The get him to travel is a mission on its own.

We found Diana of Leopard Voyage very knowledgeable regarding South Africa with the advantage that Diana is based in there, so all information was up to date.

We had a rough Idea of our itinerary and Diana readily grasped and understood our requirements. Therefore, after a long discussion, a very patient Diana prepared a draft itinerary for consideration, after further discussions and a few revisions we settled on a final programme.

The choice of accommodation throughout the trip was excellent, the timing of stays in each place ensured a great balance of rest and activity, while the recommendations for outings were extremely good.

Prior to the trip Diana issued an excellent day to day programme containing accommodation details (address/phone), mileage between accommodations, interesting stop off points during travel, places to see around the accommodation and restaurants recommendations etc. etc.

Au delà des incontournables , hors des sentiers battus , nous avons eu la chance de découvrir l'Afrique du Sud , autrement , avec Diana ;
De Johannesbourg au Cap en passant par Knysna et la Garden Route ,Oudtshoorn et ses autruches , Franschhoek, son histoire des Huguenots et ses vignobles , Langebaan et ses dégustations de poissons etc ...nous n'avons cessé d'être fascinés par ce grand pays aux espaces grandioses , aux paysages sublimes , au littoral époustouflant de beauté !
J'ai particulièrement aimé les immenses plages de sable blanc bordant l'océan indien , la rencontre avec les baleines , les couchers de soleil exceptionnels , la vertigineuse Table Mountain , Robben Island avec son passé et ses colonies d'ibis , et tous les animaux partout ...
Diana connaît parfaitement son pays , elle l'aime et a su nous faire ressentir l'âme de l'Afrique du Sud , le pays de Mandela , un pays en pleine évolution aujourd'hui entre un passé douloureux et un projet d'avenir rempli d'espoirs .
Et puis Diana connaît les bonnes adresses: la maison de Gandhi à Joburg , les guest-houses , cottages , lodges et accueils à la ferme
autant de lieux accueillants , confortables et où l'on mange très bien
pour pas cher .
Bref , un grand merci à Diana !
