Une aide précieuse pour un voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants. Nos souhaits ont été entendus et les prestations correspondaient à nos attentes.
Seul bémol, arrivée à l'aéroport de Johannesburg à minuit : pas de navette de l'hôtel, contrairement à ce qui avait été annoncé.

Une superbe expérience avec Léopard voyages et, plus particulièrement Daphnée et Charlotte, nos contacts en amont et sur place. Grâce à une planification et organisation au top, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ce voyage en Afrique du Sud que nous attendions tant. Merci encore !

Nous voyagions pour la première fois en Afrique du Sud, l’Agence Leopard a grandement contribué à rendre cette expérience inoubliable. Daphnée nous a proposé un circuit complet et adapté à nos 2 filles de 7 et 9 ans. Nous n’avons pas eu à nous soucier de la logistique, nous permettant de profiter pleinement de nos vacances. Tout était parfait : les logements, locations de voiture, visites guidées, safaris, activités…. Daphnée a su s’adapter à nos attentes et s’est montrée très disponible en amont et pendant le voyage. Une formule qu’on recommande les yeux fermés pour profiter vraiment de son voyage!

The proposed program was perfectly matching our guidelines. Every guesthouse, hotel, etc were nice and even exceeding our expectations.
The rythme between driving sessions and resting was also well balanced.

Thanks for the trip of a lifetime! There’s nothing like travel organised by a local who has actually visited the places. We are so glad we worked with Diana for our first big Africa trip — 3 weeks across Botswana, Namibia and South Africa for two couples. I initially gave Daphnee my requirements and expectations to spend a week-end away with my wife and she came back with some great inputs and ideas. (location, hotel, restaurant etc.)

Notre road trip namibien a été à la hauteur (voire plus) de ce que nous imaginions ! Daphnée nous a concocté un programme parfait alternant 4X4 avec tentes sur le toit (une première pour nous) et lodges... c'était une incroyable première expérience en Afrique à vivre en famille.
Daphnée est à l'écoute, très réactive et de bon conseil. Je n'ai pas pour habitude de passer par une agence pour préparer mes voyages et je reconnais que c'est un vrai confort lorsque c'est ainsi orchestré :)

We had a fabulous trip to South Africa thanks to Diana! She planned the perfect itinerary for us and our two young boys. It included adventures and delicious food in Cape Town, a relaxing family-friendly lodge near Stanford, and a wonderful safari in Madikwe. We made so many special memories that it's hard to believe we were only there for a week and a half.

Diana was a joy to work with. She gave us a few options for each portion of the trip, and answered all our questions to help find the best choice. She also had no trouble working around date changes on our end. And she even met us at the airport to chat before we flew home.

Globalement une super expérience dans la planification du voyage et dans le choix des prestations.
Un petit bémol concernant les 2 premiers hébergements. Le premier a capetown n’était pas au niveau du budget global. Et nous n’avons pas pu profiter pleinement du 2eme, arrivant et repartant de nuit.
Au global, le budget semble élevé par rapport aux prestations (3 nuits en guesthouse basique au cap et 2 nuits en camp), mais n’ayant pas le détail, c’est difficile de juger.
Pour le reste, c’était vraiment top avec 4 étoiles tout à fait méritées.

- When I felt unwell due to motion sickness during one of the flights, Diana was quick to provide me with motion sickness pills. This thoughtful gesture was greatly appreciated and made a significant difference.

- Throughout the entire trip, Diana and her team were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries or concerns that arose.

Diana was excellent to work with to plan my South African honeymoon! My husbands schedule gets complicated and she worked with me for months of confusion when we would actually be able to go. When I finally had dates 6 weeks before she worked with me to find the perfect accommodations. She was quick to respond and just great at keeping in contact.
