I have finally received the items that were inexplicably left out of the originally placed order. I don't know what the mix-up was, and explanation was given.
I have ordered from lemon cymbals UK, in the past and without issue. I'm not detered from ordering again, in the future.

My experience with Lemon UK has been fantastic.

Aside from the digital snare on my Roland, the Lemon two-piece hi hat is the best upgrade for my e-kit. Great feel and realism.

I purchased 215 inch lemon symbols also 12 inch high hats. The 12 inch high hats have had no problem at all. Great response great Phil however the 215 inch lemon symbols of both felt and also the Edge is all coming away as I’ve been in and out of hospital over the last 14 months I’ve only been able to do about 12 gigs and I’ve tried to contact lemon on several occasions and can’t get through to them. I did not consider the customer service is very good, especially after I’ve still own a rolling symbol which I’ve had for the last 15 1/2 years and it’s still performing properly.

Now I've played the cymbal for a while I find it just as good as the original at a about a quarter of the price.... Can't fault it in any way considering how much cheaper it is

While the main issue with this order was with Evri (missed delivery deadlines and no communication or updates, it was compounded by Lemon's lack of Customer Service.

Every time I called, I received a message saying I was first in the queue, but it still went to voicemail. The messages also said someone would get back to me if I left details. I did this but got no call back.

Eventually I got an email on Friday saying it was going to be delivered yesterday with an Evri link that showed there were no updates since Tuesday. There was no delivery yesterday but it eventually arrived this afternoon

While I'm happy with the item I ordered, I found the Customer Service very poor and frustrating and won't be ordering anything again.
