I ordered a pair of pants from them. First it took them over two months to ship the product, but once the package got here, I found out they shipped a wrong item. I emailed the custom service email over five times, requesting return and refund. They never reply. It is a complete spam. Never buy from them

I purchased a pair of pants on Jan 3 2025. To date, I have never received the pants and Legletic has yet to respond to my inquiries about where the pants are. I’ve emailed several times and they respond by sending a form letter saying they need 3 days to respond. They’ve never responded to date. Beware of this company - they’re from China and will be impossible to get a refund from if there are any issues with your purchase. My $94 purchase was made with an Am Ex gift card. I was advised by Am Ex, purchases made with their gift cards can not be protected by fraud.

The worst brand, material, horrible service to call contact only a email that doesn’t work, they should be banned from USA forever! Scam fraud don’t buy!! I filed reports with BBB

Never again. I either ordered the wrong size or was sent the wrong size. Customer service is nonexistent! Stuck.

Purchase what I thought were Judy blue jeans only to receive two pairs of non-descriptive, no labeled, flimsy pieces of garbage. I reached out to this “company”twice requesting a return label for a full refund. The only responses that I have received were automated Zendesk. So the only recourse that I had was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Buyer beware for sure.

Finally received my package, 2/4/25 totally disappointed. What they sent wasn’t what I had ordered. One pair of pants was a completely different style which I would never wear and the other pair were a color I would not wear. I have sent repeated emails to both addresses given, complying with their standard request to attach pics of the products in dispute. No response to address the issues. Would think twice before buying anything from this company.

This is a total scam. Same as all the others. Received a pair of pants that were absolutely unacceptable. They will not respond. I have lost $40. DO NOT ORDER!!

I ordered a pair of Lee flex motion jeans. I recieved an ugly pair of pull on pants. Hate them . I paid a lot of money for them and got crap. I ordered them the early January. Received them today.I was shocked.

Product was not authentic; cheap and unlabeled. Shipping was forever and 0 customer service help to do a return; not answering emails. Lost $40 to this ripoff.

This is a scam. Do not order from them. Sizing is completely off and zero customer service. Trying to dispute with my credit card company!

Ugh, complete waste of money
I ordered 2 pairs of men's 3X sweatpants that are more like maybe a men's Large.
Ordered a women's size XL and it was like a side zero jeans.
Idk how the sizing in China works but if that's their 3X than they are a nation of child sized ppl.
Us Caucasian, Hispanic and Blk Americans are definitely not stick figures, we come with curves.
If you're an American, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PPL.

What can I say, a $40 lesson learned. All I can say is, if you’ve gotten to this blog, I would suggest also filing a formal complaint. At least that way there is a possibility of getting this SCAM business shut down!

-10* We ordered 3 pair of pants 12/3/25. We waited, and waited, and waited. I texted them and emailed them 3 times to cancel the order. No response. Supposedly the company is in Canada. Then, we finally get tracking information. The order is being loaded onto a boat - in CHINA!! Then, they flew into Chicago. Shipping label was removed and changed to Wisconsin. Interesting to check the tracking everyday. Finally arrived 1/14/25. Nothing fit. Cannot even pull them up. Do NOT. REPEAT do not order from this company. We are out almost $100 for nothing.
Their "reviews" on site are not legit. They are stationary. Very deceitful company.

Awful customer service. I have sent four emails now requesting to return an item which was too small. I already ordered a larger size. I have not received any response to how I return my item and my current item shows no tracking since 12/27. I started contacting them on 12/28 regarding my return.

Ordered a pair of jeans and was extremely disappointed in the item. The sizing and the quality were terrible! As of now I've been trying for w weeks to reach someone in customer service to get return authorization with no luck! Ive emailed the Home Office and sent numerous emails to CS. No response whatsoever! This is the poorest quality jeans I've ever purchased. Definitely don't recommend! I'm stuck with a pair of jeans I can't even think of giving away!

Horrible customer service. No easy way to speak with them. Delivered my purchase somewhere else - NOT MY HOUSE! And the number I found is for YT industries which has me on hold with horrible music talking about reincarnation! Maybe they should 'reincarnate' themselves into a real company with decent customer service!

I bought size medium fleece lined pants as a Christmas present for my son. I have sent 4 emails asking to return and buy a larger size. My son is 6ft., fit, weight 160lbs and medium was too small.

I can’t get any response from customer service. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

We ordered 1 item and they billed us for 3.
It took a month for only one of the items to arrive.
We received many spam emails trying to sell us other items.
They Sent one of the items and it was the wrong color. We sent them notice that it was the wrong color. We have not heard from them.
Recently they said all items have arrived and in fact only one did. The others NOT.
We asked for our money back. That will probably not happen.

Horrible communication and no service. Placed an order on the 16th of Dec and it is now 12/30 and there has been no movement on the order or response with emails sent in. Also, the products I ordered were in stock, never buy from this company

Follow up
On 1/4/2025 received one of the three items. I ordered a women’s size large, the waist and inseam are 24”, maybe a girls size 10??
Lack of customer service, emails are answered with scripted responses. Tried to cancel part of the order, no one responded. Still haven’t received the original order, it’s been over 3 weeks. Don’t waste your money on this scam
