I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised
I have to be honest I was somewhat skeptical about using an online legal service, and initially there was a little correspondence gap. After contacting their support number, a representative - Vicky - communicated quickly, followed up, gave easily understandable direction, and I was able to submit and resolve my action notice for my trademark. Vicky was great and said she would continue to monitor the process. Highly recommend. And the price of $149 is unbeatable.

The rep was very responsive. Always kept me in the loop. Also the price was reasonable. They gave me hope when other companies wanted to charge outrageous prices as they told me to give up on sending in a trademark dispute.
