Don't trust this company!
This people are not serious or neither lawyers...I contract them to file my SOU AND IT FAILED , after they examination of my pictures on products, then the Lady that was dealing with me from this company send me the refusal of USPTO and asked for diffrent pictures of my products, wich I submitted exactly as she told me to... now they are charging me again to answer or Re submit my SOU with the pictures of my products as they exactly recomended me , so after all this hassle process during over 3 weeks she came to answer that they have to get paid to answer my SOU Re submission but they are not responsible for the outcome of the process...so where is the expertise or experience regarding this matter from them?
Then I asked 2 times by email a good phone number to talk to them and clarify some things , and both time she didn't send me a contact info, or an offi e or NO ONE to talk to.... it looks like is somebody behind a laptop trying to earn money WITHOUT ACTUALLY being a trademark lawyer nor experience regarding this matter....
So I lost my money and worst of all LOT of time going back and forward to end up with zero results and still not have my SOU right.
I am a mechanical engineer and an entrepreneur own 2 business just for you guys to know that I'm not a "ghost" trying to do things unprofessional.
Don't Trust these people.
Save money and time!

We reminded you that the specimens you provided might not be acceptable, but you insisted and stated that you had registered another trademark with specimens like that. We submitted the specimens under your instruction, however, they were refused. For the response, we have told you what kind of specimens would be acceptable, and pointed out the aspect that might not be acceptable. You became quite impatient and were not cooperative and keep questioning our expertise. We hope to help you get all issues resolved, however, without your cooperation, we can not finalize the case.
Time involved to register a trademark and the related expense
I will let you know when my Hygienitech trademark is finally done and I get a copy of it.

I am extremely grateful for Legalhoop and will be keeping their contact information on hand to help protect my intellectual properties.
I initially filed for my brand trademark on my own, it was rejected by the USPTO office for a few reasons, existing brand name that could possibly cause confusion, needing to define and exclude ownership rights to certain commonly used words such as Pride and Beauty. I was approached by a dozen law firms all of them quoting me a ridiculous amount of money while not being able to guarantee my application would go through. Some lawyers I spoke with actually advised that I abandon the brand name all together. I was contacted by Boris from Legalhoop. There prices seem too good to be true as well as knowledgeable individuals. I chose Legalhoop over many other firms and I am so glad I did. As a small business owner, it can get extremely busy - everything on my end was done last minute (I don’t recommended) but Boris and his team filed the corrections for my trademark application on my behalf and my Trademark is soon to be published. I am so grateful they found me, I was on the verge of giving up or really close to spending a ridiculous amount of money for little work. Thank you so much for all of your help. I will definitely be returning as well as referring others for your services.
