We ordered two natural wood shelves and they arrived in a very short amount of time. They are on the wall now even though I am not satisfied with the quality and appearance. One is fine, the other looks like plastic not real wood.

I ordered the raw edge floating shelves in maple. They are absolutely beautiful! Sturdy, the craftsmanship is impeccable. They were packaged so carefully and they arrived in days, not weeks. I highly recommend ordering from them.

High quality reclaimed solid wood lumber. My wife loves floating shelves for some reason. I curse them because generally the mounting is weak and they can't support much weight on top of being fake and hollow. Stumbled across this website and couldn't be happier. Solid mounting bracket options to actually hold the heavy real wood on top of whatever is sitting on it. I needed custom mounting locations due to stud placement and Aidan emailed me renderings of the shelves with routed locations for bracket mounting to assure it was exactly what I wanted. It revealed an error in placement which was corrected with another rendering to assure everything was correct before the shelves went to production. Shelves were packed very well in heavier cardboard with ends protected. Mounting brackets are heavy duty, all hardware and easy to follow instructions included. Love this company.

Urban Legacy has the BEST customer service I've ever received! The communication from Aidan and Kristi was AWESOME! I couldn't ask for anything more! They answered all of my questions and kept me up to date every step of the way! I ordered the white-washed pre-cut planking and also a custom ordered shelf with routed cut-outs. The cut-outs were spot on to my specs! My custom order actually was received 2 weeks early!
The only dissapointment was very trivial but I think worth mentioning. The white-washed finish was a little "chalky". It is very beautiful, but leaves a little dust/residue on my hands when I touch it. That's why it's not a good idea to place food service items such as plates or glassware on it. (As stated on their website.). Also, the low profile brackets came unfinished, so I painted them before use. Otherwise, 2 thumbs up for Urban Legacy!
