Love, love, love the shelves

Shelves were awesome, as a barn wood connoisseur I was so excited to finde this product with all of its impressive details! 10/10 would purchase them again!

The support team makes all the difference in making the experience "Perfect!"

Great customer service. My order was held for me to make a final decision on which stain I wanted. Then, it was shipped as soon as I notified them with the go ahead.
I love these little shelves. Easy to install and they look fantastic! I’ve gotten so many compliments.

Zero stars but that is not an option. I'm trying to get someone to call me about returning these shelves. One is damaged. They told me their system doesn't allow for calls. However, someone called me when I inquired before my purchase. Very disappointed.

Color doesn’t match unfortunately

The team was great about answering questions and working with us to provide guidance to make sure we were getting what we wanted in our custom order. I love my new barnwood shelves. I had barnwood on a wall in my basement and had been looking to add some authentic shelves. Urban Legacy came through.

Excellent product, accurately described, I won’t hesitate to recommend, and I will buy again. However, the one disappointing feature is cheap silver bolts when they should have been black bolts and better quality! The heads certainly shouldn’t so easily snap off! And, you even mentioning it, is Indicative of the fact that you are aware of the problem and chose not to fix it. My suggestion to buyers …. buy your own bolts!

My first email to Urban Legacy was answered very quickly, clearly and escalated promptly to the best person that could help me. Aiden was quick to get me answers and accommodate our needs. He was very detailed and included pictures. Once we approved the shelves, I was sent a progress email for each step up to the date they were delivered. I am more than happy with the quality product and very personalized service I received. Urban Legacy is a great team and would recommend them to everyone

The shelves are well made and customer service good. I received a shelf of the wrong thickness and they sent me a return label and replaced it. Be aware that the “made to order” shelves include one shelf even though two are pictured on line.

I bought floating shelves. The product descriptions were great, they come in many lengths and widths, I received them quickly, and they were easy to install. I didn't realize they would have quite so many imperfections, but I'm happy with how they helped bring my living room together.

Aidan was so helpful and made sure are order met our expectations. He double checked measurements before any fabrication was done. The shelves are absolutely beautiful and a real focal point in our Dining Room.
