Purchased a 49ers rug for my husband & when it came after waiting nearly 3 weeks it was a MAT not a Rug!False advertisement my Husband is really upset;I want a Refund ASAP!!!
They went above and beyond in my order. They met all of my expectations when I was designing this rug. It came out so great! I would recommend this company to anyone in the future

Thank you so much, Dennis! We’re thrilled to hear that your rug exceeded your expectations. It means a lot to us that you trusted Legacy Gridiron with your design, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. Enjoy your new rug! 🏈❤️
Very low quality, this is not a rug it's more like a mat.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We truly appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund. Alternatively, please contact our support team at support@legacygridiron.com, and we can arrange a free upgrade to a new material for you.
It’s possible that your order was made with our Polyester material, which has a softer, foam-like texture and is better suited for certain decorative styles. Our Premium Velvet option provides a more substantial and rug-like feel.
We’d be happy to help find the best solution for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make this right.
Good selection of custom products. Mine came with a problem, but they were quick to issue a full refund.

Hi Thomas,
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with your custom rug. We understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a product that did not meet your expectations.
We want to let you know that your order has now been addressed by our team. Please also rest assured that Legacy Gridiron has a refund policy for all customers, so you can feel confident that we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. While we carefully inspect our products before they are shipped, occasional issues can unfortunately occur during the manufacturing, printing, or shipping process. That does not change the fact that you deserve to receive a product that meets the expected quality standard.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We take your feedback seriously and will use it to help improve our production and quality-control process.
Again, we sincerely apologize for the experience and appreciate your patience while we worked to address your order.
The "rug" was actually foam. Foam folded into a tiny square in ultra tight packaging. After opening, there were several cracks and permanent wrinkles in the foam "rug". This company is terrible. Useless product

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback.
I paid for expedited (6 to 10) day shipping and have not received anything yet. It has been over 15 days since the order and have gotten no updates or response from customer service. Tracking shows it is not even in the US yet.I will be disputing charges if the order does not arrive this week.
