Rugember is a rug house, not a reseller. Four generations of one family have worked the same looms, weaving in the Anatolian tradition, and we still finish and inspect every rug ourselves before it ships. We make three things. Cotton-based washables that go in the machine and come back out soft, with a non-slip backing woven in rather than glued on. Power-loomed classics with a dense, even pile for rooms that want weight and calm. Hand-woven originals, one of each, tied by hand and never repeated. Different constructions, one standard: our looms, our hands, honest prices. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, the UK and much of Europe. You have 30 days to change your mind and we pay the return both ways. Custom cutting is included, not an upsell. A rug to remember.

Honestly wasn't expecting it to reach NZ this fast lol. Ordered it and they produced and shipped it out in a week, then it literally showed up in just a few days. Crazy fast!! Packaging was super solid too, came perfectly protected.
Put the wrong house number in at checkout, didn't notice till the next morning. Emailed at half 7, reply by 9 saying it was changed. My mistake, sorted without any fuss. Excellent customer service. Rug arrived within the week. Thank you

Thank you, Julia. Updates go out automatically at every stage, from the workshop in Istanbul to your door, so nobody has to wonder where their order is. Enjoy the rug.

Delivery driver left it in the rain. It's a washable rug so I suppose he thought he'd get it started :). Bagged inside so no harm done, and its what I ordered. About a week. Recommend.

Sorry about the rain. Every rug we send is sealed in a plastic inner bag inside the box for exactly that reason, so weather on the doorstep never reaches the rug itself. Glad yours came through dry. Enjoy it.

I’m very happy with the rug I purchased. The fact that it is washable is a great advantage for me, and it is very easy to clean and maintain. The quality, appearance, and overall practicality of the rug exceeded my expectations.
I was also very satisfied with the ordering and delivery process. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. I would definitely recommend this rug to others. Thank you for providing such a great product!

Tekrar bekleriz.
Thank you, Fatih. It means a lot to hear the rug reached you in Canada without a hitch and that the washability is paying off. A quick tip for the long run: cold water on a gentle cycle keeps it looking the way it arrived. We'd be glad to see you again.
