Rosanagh and Michael were both extremely good at communication and made the process extremely smooth.

Terrible, terrible… oh and, terrible!
Terrible at communicating, terrible at providing services to tenants, terrible at accounting basics. But very good at sending invoices and threats. Those don’t work on me but by all means, keep trying. God loves a trier.
In a few years, once the complaints really pile up, they’ll disappear into oblivion and a new company will form. Making them squeaky clean on paper.
How’s Nexus going? Oh that’s right, that company disappeared and turned into ‘Legacie’. I give it a year or so max before they do the usual dance. Time is up guys.
If you are unfortunate enough to have fallen into their trap, ask them if their business conduct comply with the financial conduct authority. The answer will be no. In which case anything that comes out from them is null / void and irrelevant. All the best to the investors who have to deal with these so n so’s.

Funny how you knew exactly who Nexus was. And you repeated what i said, you do paperwork gymnastics so you can state these facts (ie we are separate!) of course you are. That’s your whole game. Any response to the other 10 statements i made? Of course not.

I have a property managed by Legacie and their level of communication and service has been shocking. It is pretty much impossible to get through to them on the phone and responses by email are either pointless or very very slow. I've received two invoices for service charges that are incorrect. They are frustrating to deal with on every level and I'm thinking of finding another property management company as a result.

Avoid living under this developer!
I have lived in one of the Legacie properties for 18 months.
When we moved into the property, there were major leaks, an unoperational oven, broken washing machine and broken oven. We were left without access to these facilities for over a week with no compensation.
Submitted a complaint for a later maintenance issue and it took close to 4 months for them to respond. Attempted to call and email multiple times with no response. I was then quoted a flat price for a repair that wasn't my fault, despite no maintenance attending the flat to view the issue. Absolutely joke. Requested a copy of complaints procedure multiple times and not received it.

I had a really positive experience with Sophie Upton and Sophie Montieth during my tenancy process.
Both were professional, patient, and very supportive throughout each stage and from referencing to final approval. Their communication was clear and reassuring which made what could have been a stressful process feel much smoother.
They were always helpful and took the time to explain things properly, which I truly appreciated.

Terrible communication
Living in one of the properties managed by Legacie.
Very poor communication & very slow replies to any emails. All calls thorough get picked up by the receptionist and forwarded through to the departments, of which it goes to voicemail almost always, and I have NEVER gotten a call back after leaving my details.
The lobby of the apartment block I'm living at has some water leakage, I assume from the boiler room, and the skirting of the board is moldy and rotting, and the area just smells damp and like a toilet. When I asked if anything was being done (after months of it being in this state), it took over a month for an email reply, and when I finally received a response I was told they did a visit and that the 'wet vacuum worked' and that works were being scheduled. It is still in the same poor state, just that the carpet was less wet (also probably because it hadn't rained for a period). Note this issue was raised in October of last year (and it was already bad for a couple of months before).
Also constantly receive incorrect emails about overdue service charge when I have a direct debit set up. Calling them to confirm it's incorrect is a pain every single time, and they are extremely slow to reply via email.
Lastly, contacting the property manager to try and check if there are parking spaces available for rent has been a terribly slow experience. I emailed to ask on the 6th of Jan and followed up due to no reply on the 21st. I received a response to clarify my apartment and block, then the manager asked to clarify if I 'currently own a space or you are looking to rent one out'. This was in response to my very clear email that if 'there were any parking spaces available for rent?'. She proceeded to not respond after and I've followed up twice (now the 26th of Jan) to no response.

I gave 5 stars primarily because of Jordan who responds to emails and answers any query that I might have. Its the service from Jordan that is excellent. However the flat itself doesnt give a good yield at all.
