Don’t buy from them, the bag they sent me looks nothing like what was advertised, I sent it back then they just gone quiet on tracking and refund. They are a fraud!

I ordered a bag in a specific color, but the store ran out of stock and, without even consulting me, sent a completely different color — a bright purple that's honestly hideous. They apologized and offered a 20% refund, but it's been almost three weeks and I still haven’t received it. Extremely disappointing experience. I do not recommend this store.

Do not go near these people, still waiting for my bag 5 weeks later! To add insult to injury they use Yodel (god help me) and they keep telling me it’s out for delivery (it’s not) LEDUPP don’t want to know so I’m out of pocket with 2 crap firms not taking responsibility for! Not sure where to go from here!

I absolutely do not recommend buying from this site. The after-sales service is terrible, the items are defective and low-quality, and no one responds to your messages. Only a bot sends irrelevant replies to your emails.

I received my order, but one of the bags was defective. After three months of them claiming that they had sent a replacement, I found out that no replacement had been sent at all. I requested a return, but no one responded.

Unreliable, poor-quality products, awful customer service, and complete irresponsibility. I will never, ever purchase from this site again.
