For the cost I expected slightly more. Move out of the groves slightly as they get hot then cool down. Can push them back in easy enough but for something that lists it self as such a premium product you shouldn’t have to. Groves are 13mm as stated.
Functionality from the app and the remote is good

Excellent product, the lighting strips are invisible when switched off, and the LED strips were easy to cut to the correct length using scissors, installation was simple and the lights enhanced the wall boards perfectly.

I would like to give Shaun a massive applause for being outstanding and very helpful with my led setup in my cinema room without Shaun I would be very stuck 5 star service always.

Great help from Jake. As a DIYer, found him very helpful, answered all my questions concisely 👍

Excellent company to deal with, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone. Next day delivery provided, items were well packed to prevent damage, and are of fantastic quality.

The Support team are very helpful guiding me to the appropriate choice for my installation.

Delivery no problem but disappointed with the white led colour changing lights
Not changing colour one is soft white one is pure white

Quick delivery, ordered 1 day, received within 26 hrs. Everything as described and working perfectly.

Super efficient, very quick responses for any enquiries and delivery was super quick too.
Great service and definitely recommend.

Very poor customer experience. Product had missing bits and confusing instructions. The help support was efficient and quick, however very disappointed that I had to spend extra money ordering the missing part and paying more shipping costs. They should have offered me this in compensation for two wasted hours trying to navigate around a badly designed user interface that has forgotten that its customers are human.

Straight forward ordering, used items before and top quality.

Don’t go cheap with other inferior LED lighting. These are excellent and exactly as described. Yes, slightly more expensive than others but you get high quality with these. The website doesn’t exaggerate the product. Invisible in daylight, lovely illumination at night. They were slightly narrower than my panel spacing so I bought the clips and they now fit perfectly. Easy installation, cutting LED strips to length was easy too. I tuned them into my Alexa and on my phone so I don’t need to use the remote (basic one is included). Overall, excellent.

Excellent company great advice and products

2nd time of using led space…
I made a mistake and ordered the wrong thing, I emailed a few hours later when I realised what I’d done. They responded really quickly and changed my order and credited my account the difference in costs… all the order was then delivered on time, great service!.. great product!

Very helpful and efficient .

Very supportive customer services would recommend company products very good bit complex quality of products is very good well worth the money

Ordered a strip light from LEDspace which on the images had wires already attached. The product has came with no wires attached, If I would of known this I wouldn't of bought it now I have to mess about attaching wires or buy an alternative.

Placed an order with this company. Order delivered incorrectly. Charged £25.50 for 1 strip light, no wiring. Returned. I accepted to pay for return of the item. Then to find, the delivery payment was then deducted from the refund. This I don't find acceptable. If this charge is within the payment, this should be returned when return payment made.

Super fast and efficient from web order to delivery. The flexible IP67 LED strip I purchased ain’t cheap. But the quality is high. They’re being installed in a relatively inaccessible spot so I don’t want to be faffing around replacing the cheaper alternatives every year.

Ordered expensive tape and at no point did it say it did not come with a pre soldered fly lead, which you would expect as standard. Nor did it actually offer this when adding to the basket.
Had to return to be done and they charged me an extra £30, avoid them.
