Our tutor kulshuma Rahman was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything very clearly, and whenever we had questions she was happy to answer and made sure we understood. She was kind, patient, and very understanding of our situations. The course itself was very useful, I learned a lot, and overall it was a great experience.

Thank you to my assessor who was absolutely amazing and patient. She was always their when I had a question and the course was clear and easy to follow.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Sybil, who has honestly been amazing throughout my apprenticeship. Sybil has always been so positive and reassuring, which has had such a great impact on me. As I come towards the end of my apprenticeship, I honestly know that I wouldn’t be where I am today without her support!!!!

Since starting my Apprenticeship back in 2024 at first I thought yes everything was going well and I would complete this course on time. But as the year went on I did struggle changing settings wasn’t easy and taking a gap in between was hard, and I didn’t know I would be completing my course 1 year and 7 months later. but I just want to say a huge huge big thank you to Gemma Hares for being the most supportive and helpful tutor ever if it wasn’t for you I don’t think I would of passed today you have helped me since the beginning all the way till the end teaching not to give up and always telling me to be confident and I have got this. So thank you so much to Gemma Hares you’re honestly the best tutor I could ever ask for. Thank you for helping and supporting me through out the whole apprenticeship I really appreciate it.

It gave me confidence

Due to external circumstances, one of our Apprentices had fallen behind in their Level 2 Housing and Property Management Qualification. I want to give a 'shout out' to your Housing Tutor, Sybil Bryce, for exceptional support, flexibility and all the additional effort she has given to our colleague to support them to get back on track with this, to the point that the outcome feels achievable. This has impacted on the colleague and given them the confidence to begin working on their case study and see the end point as a reality. Thank you so much Sybil for your caring and compassionate approach, working quietly and under the radar to make a remarkable difference.

My learning with AKG was made simple and easy to learn. I have diagnosed ADHD and AKG gave me extra support to make sure this did not affect my experience.

What made my experience great was its something I will use in the future especially the interview techniques

I recently completed my level 3 early years diploma and at first was worried I wasn’t going to complete the course as my first tutor put me behind quite a bit, however once Ellen Tuffney became my tutor everything got back on track! She was very supportive and always went the extra mile to help me catch up and without her help I would not of been able to finish the course! She always made sure that I understood everything and made sure that I was comfortable with the amount of work she was setting me at a time.

The course was very formal and I took away a lot of information and knowledge on updating CV, cover letters and getting the most out of your interviews.
Well done to Fleur Banister would highly recommend course to anyone looking to gain more confidence and getting yourself back out there.

Lisa bought a humor to our group,made us relaxed.
CV section understanding only seconds sometimes to read a CV, must stay strong on that first impression your first words. Really will take that away.Enjoyed clips from you. tube did get the point across. Really good tutor.

Mindset and Mindfulness is such great course and exceptional tutor with great knowledge how to motivate others and anyone struggling with their mentality can get such great advice and motivation, how to get yourself moving and getting things better.

I just want to say a big thank you to Diane , for what she has provided. I have found it very useful and would recommend to anyone who is struggling , Diane , is very helpful and will guide you through everything in order to progress with job interviews. Any questions you have or anything you want to ask she will help you through it. Thank you Diane! :) Ben

Our coach jenny bagnell made things so much easier to understand think these courses give you a start on building your confidence I would definitely recommend learnt a lot in 3 days and our coach was brilliant nothing was to much for her to stop and help and explain

I was one of the participants in the Getting Established programme by AKG Learning organisation (hosted by the one and only, Fleur Banister). We covered an array of topics in a short span of time, with much more depth and bespoke industry standard knowledge, which I hadn't been familiar with prior to attending this programme.

I was able to have healthy, intellectual dialogues, and thought-provoking discussions, whereby she wouldn't shy away from bouncing ideas to answering open-ended questions. Took away a lot of key concepts, gems, insights, and wisdoms, providing me with necessary tools that will help me get into employment. She relayed her personality really well through her mentorship — guiding, inspiring, and being adaptive with each and every participants' queries, clarifying topics in a digestible manner, making it easy to comprehend and take great benefit from.

I have no doubt that under her supervision, participants will leave feeling empowered, educated, and prepared for what future prospects has to offer them.
