I have only had the briefs for about a week. I can slightly notice the ridge between my belly and "apron" start to smooth out. Hoping with the exercises this can be the trick I need! I will say that they ride down during more movement which is annoying because that "X" is supposed to cross over where the diastasis recti is. Mine is a little unique with having an umbilical hernia repair after my fourth C section. Here's hoping for continued progress!

Absolutely amazing customer service from Emma. My order couldn't be shipped to my location, and she let me know straight away in such a kind manner that my parcel would be safely held until I confirmed an address in a location it could be shipped to (eg. a family member, friend, etc. in the EU or UK). I was really pleased with this solution as I didn't want to have to cancel my order. I suffer with diastasis recti and am really keen to try the product after reading the great reviews.

The first size I got didn’t seem like the product was the right fit for me. So I sized up and they make me feel much more “together” if that makes sense lol and supportive! I think these will make a difference and I’m glad customer service was so easy to work with to give this product the full chance!

Really super customer service.

Took forever to get the product and they advertise being seamless when in fact there are seams all over with virtually no stretch the leg holes have the tightest seam around them it’s so uncomfortable. They also show in the ads they coming up much higher on the stomach so I feel like it doesn’t sit in the right spot to be helpful to my body

I've started noticing a difference after 4 weeks (not wearing daily). These are supportive and my lower back pain is so much better. Delivery was quick and easy.

I’ve emailed them a couple of times that I wanted to return and I haven’t gotten a response. Seems ridiculous seeing they say all over that it’s a money back guarantee and that if you contact them you will receive a response within 24hrs. Not my experience.

Emma with customer service helped quickly correct a mistake I made and checked back on me!
The brief does not roll down and shows a modest compression with the first wear.
The only part I notice while wearing is the front leg holes, but I have large thighs and bottom-I did have to pop the elastic in this location a bit, but it did not affect the waist and back compression.
Ive also noticed my hard stomach has softened with a few uses of the brush, and is shrinking.

Sizing was great and shipping was fast. I am only starting this journey (on day 5), but look forward to seeing results.
