This game has little or no monitoring. I have written NUMEROUS times regarding rejected winnings claims due to “inconsistencies” in my account that were never explained. Until today I had received NO response whatever and this response from them directed me to write yet another request just like the multitude already submitted. I think this is all a ploy to keep from paying out winnings and several other reviews from other sources reflect my same experience. I would avoid this game if you are interested in recouping your deposits and winnings.

I think this forum has been sold to new owners. This is nowhere near the same service as a year or two ago. Not even close. Support extremely unhelpful, barely respond to complaints or messages. I think they are only there for affy money and cut off all support. I dont visit this forum at all anymore. Its turned into total crap.

No service, no help, excluded without reason and information

For a complain you get no answer for 7-8 weeks, also you get excluded for shop and for whole forum just for asking some rules..

You should not waste your time there.

If you do not post reviews they agree with or are negative towards casinos that give them revenue, they will just remove your review(Opinion as to the reason, but I had several of my reviews removed despite being based upon my experience and showcasing some huge flaws in these casinos to warn players about things like: Ultra slow payouts, verification runarounds, very low max withdrawals, no/extra slow support, etc.). Having been scammed by a casino as one of the first casinos I tried years ago, I made it my mission to inform players about whether a casino is legit or not, and actually do some research. Here, if a casino starts to get less rating than LCB thinks they should have, they will just UP the rating despite not having that actual rating from player reviews(Again, opinion, I am not sure how this actually works, only the result). I have witnessed this happen, averaged out their rating vs what all the players who rated them did, and it was not accurate. It was usually higher than what was actually given by players. That was why I was upset about this company. Yes their cash shop has some free chips with low max cashouts at some of what I would consider the shadier casinos. To me, that is not a draw but I can understand every experience is subjective. Still, because of the seeming manipulation of rating of some of the shadiest casinos I have seen despite numerous negative reviews by players, I can not recommend this place. They do have some decent direct support that lets you speak to a representative at a casino. That is the best part about this place IMO.

They have qualitative reviews and provide players with great bonuses!
