"Mediation" is a Sham. They Protect Rogue Casinos and Ignore Hard Evidence.
Don’t let the "player community" facade fool you. LCB (Latest Casino Bonuses) acts like they have a dispute resolution team to protect players, but their true loyalty lies with the rogue casinos that pay their affiliate commissions. Their "mediation" is just a rubber stamp for predatory casino networks.
I recently submitted a complaint to LCB regarding Heaps of Wins. After winning on a chip, I made a withdrawal request on a Wednesday. By Friday, it was denied, and I was told to "play it more." By Monday, I was told to wait for finance, gaslighted about a "system glitch," and given every excuse in the book before the casino straight-up admitted they just weren't going to pay me.
I handed LCB the smoking gun: I provided the unedited chat logs directly from the casino's own agents proving the runaround, the changing stories, and the flat-out refusal to honor the payout.
How did LCB’s "mediator" handle this undeniable proof of predatory behavior? They didn't even bother to read it. Instead of holding their corporate partner accountable, LCB fed me a copy-paste response stating they "don't have direct authority over casino policies," accepted the casino's bogus defense without question, and immediately closed the complaint as "resolved."
They don't care if a casino openly scams you, as long as LCB keeps getting their cut for promoting them. Do not trust their casino ratings, and do not waste your time bringing disputes to their forum. They are an advertising arm for rogue operators, nothing more.
