I wish I had researched this company before I had ordered. I ordered a product that advertised to have 6000mg of oregano oil only when it arrived, it was 300mg. Its selling point was a lie. After contacting them and going back and forth over 20 emails when I explained my consumer rights and asked them to provide a returns label, they repeatedly replied saying I needed to pay for it myself. No matter what my consumer rights are, this company is a fraud. Please do not order from them!!!!

Contacted customer service to get planting instructions for the Hastas I purchased since none came with the seeds. They said items were not purchased through them. I sent them another email and got the same response. I sent them a photo of the customer service card that came with the seeds and got no further response. Terrible experience.

I ordered off the lazzda.com the following product:
Turbo Jet Blower, Cordless Turbo Super Power Air Duster on the pictures it shows 48V making the best priced in the market for 48V........what arrives is 21V, and yes, after it arrived, and with the disappointment, I found the small print stating 21V.
Blatant misrepresentation, and the machine make a sound that makes it not usable, I threw it away!!!
I complained with no reply, they are useless.

This customer is TRASH and a total scam. I wish I could give them 0 stars. My items never made it to me. They refused to give me a full refund and begged me to “understand that they lost money too.” NOT MY PROBLEM. I never got it. I hate this company and their customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Order was dispatched late. Upon asking was informed that they thoroughly test the toy before sending to customers. Worked well exactly for 5min and then stopped working. Extremely appointed.
My learning and suggestion is that when it comes to such electric toys, one should only buy local so that you don't pay too much and upon it breaking it's not such a huge disappointment. Anyways this toy is not even worth the price for local buy.

Pity I can’t give them no stars but avoid this company at all costs. When you read their refund policy it all looks so simple, when in fact they will offer you a third back in form of a refund and tell you to keep it. This has happened to me before so should have known better but if you order something that is sized, really don’t bother because it’s obviously a Chinese company who have no idea of uk sizing. I ordered a bra that has cost me £30, they offered me $5 then after me complaining they came back with $10 but I have dug in for a full refund. It states on their returns page that they will refund but it doesn’t say anywhere on their site where they are! I had to drag that out of them . I know that it will probably cost as much to send back but I was trying to make a point with them, they are being obstructive as far as I am concerned. So unless you are prepared to lose you money don’t order from this site.
