TERRIBLE!! Don’t order from here. I ordered a dress which when it arrived (after more than 3 weeks!!) looks COMPLETELY different from what was pictured. Not the same colour, material, quality. It’s frankly hideous and unwearable. The customer service is slow and refusing to accept this as a reclamation and the best they’re offering me is a 10% refund. It’s a joke.

I placed this order on 26th February. I have not received the goods or any reports on its progress. Please send me some further information.

This was the biggest and worst mistake of my life ordering this set that was supposed to be a light baby pink turned out it was a hot pink set. Didn't fit and got sent the wrong size. Terrible quality and dont recommend buying ever! Also came in a month late

I am unable to contact this company in any way- their phone number doesn’t work and no one has responded to me emails. I need to change my shipping info, I realized the mistake immediately after I ordered it but I was unable to cancel the order or change the address.

Soy de España y pedí la sudadera color rosa claro con su correspondiente pantalón de chándal, en la foto salía una chica rubia con el chándal que quedaba genial. Me gaste 50€, SÓLO me vino la sudadera; de poliéster brillante color rosa chicle sin pantalón ni nada. Es una estafa y además hacen plagio, dado que yo al tiempo vi la misma foto de la chica en la web de Amaré que SI es de confianza. Así que estafa, plagio y delito de privacidad porque usan la foto con la cara explicitamente de la chica lo cual es ilegal y porque la foto ni siquiera era suya

I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a hoodie that was not cheap at all, but the quality was terrible. The fabric felt very low quality and, even worse, the seam under the arm was already torn when I received it.
I contacted customer service several times, but they refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing the issue, they told me I had to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the product arrived damaged.
This is not what they advertise at all. The quality is nowhere near what they claim on their website. For the price they charge, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable.
I would strongly suggest that people think twice before ordering from this company. My experience was very frustrating, and I definitely won’t buy from them again.

I ordered a latge adult leopard sweatshirt. It was the size of 5 year old sweatshirt. When I inquired about getting a refund, they sent me an email that said I could return it to China that they do not do exchanges or I could keep give me 10% back, which is basically five dollars. Here’s their email I will never purchase from them again. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer free shipping labels or returns. Therefore, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Oh my goodness! Thank those who offer comments on Trustpilot so very much. I was looking at an item on the Glizm website. I decided I'd better check Trustpilot (after having an awful experience with another companys' product) I will not be ordering anything from Glizm. Take Care

The tooth paste box was damaged and leaking and the back brace was extremely poor quality and their xl was made for a small child ! Took weeks for product to arrive and way over priced for quality ! Never again ! Don’t waste your time and money .

I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered an item from them. I received a confirmation for the single item I ordered. However, when the item was shipped, I was charged for a second item of the same thing. It was sent to me. I have written to their support email multiple times but they refuse to refund me for the money they stole.

The item we ordered was TERRIBLE! We bought a pale yellow sweatshirt similar to the Mad Happy style with stitching on the hood.
The item that arrived was a shiny polyester hoodie that was at least three sizes smaller than what we ordered. To add insult to injury, the "stitching" on the hood was just screen printed onto the hood.
They accept returns but you have to pay for international shipping to China which costs around $25. The hoodie was $35. Needless to say, we won't be returning but we will be leaving SCATHING reviews everywhere we can!
DO NOT BUY!

Awful company! DO NOT BUY. Based out of China. Clothing totally cheap looks nothing like what is advertised. Can’t return because they make you pay for the return at own cost back to China! Cost more to send back than I even spent on clothes.
