Completely satisfied.
I bought a set of table and chairs. They look like cast iron but are actually made of aluminium, which gives the advantage of being a bit lighter and not rusting. They have not blown over or away which on the 18th floor is a risk. I think they look great and are pretty comfortable too. Good quality and easy to put together.

Unfortunately the chairs that were sent were not the same colour of the chairs that they were replacing so that was a bit upsetting.
After talking to a representative by phone the problem has been rectified and the correct chairs are going to be delivered. Great company to deal with and so polite. Thank you.

So far, so Good
We are just building our garden furntiure. So far, the instructions are clear and concise. Tools are available. The item was delivered with clear communication and a team of drivers who were accomodating of where the items had to be kept. We are looking forward to using our furniture.

Although there was a small mistake in the construction, this was rectified quickly and without fuss.

Quick delivery, easily assembled and outstanding quality!
We hadn’t heard of Lazy Suzanne before but decided to ‘take a risk’ and order a garden bench.The whole process from order to delivery to assembly was outstanding.We were kept updated, packaging was sturdy and item well protected,assembly was simple, quality/ finish was first class and result was an elegant piece of garden furniture which all friends and family admire!Very highly recommended.
