It was delivered on time although at a different time to what I specifically requested. Couldn’t contact you as wasn’t prepared to wait while I was 34 in the queue! Hade to cancel two appointments. Other than that no complaints. Well packaged, easy to assemble, excellent quality, comfortable. No complaints. Highly recommended.

Could not find what I wanted in Sandstone finish in the "SALE" but a phone call later and I was able to get just what I wanted and more at "SALE" prices, thanks to excellent customer service. Delivered in a few days and looks so good I decided to upgrade our patio area for our 50th. wedding anniversary.
I have read other reviews and while I agree a socket and a better screwdriver was very useful... those small tools do the job with little danger of over-tightening that you are in danger of with a socket.

The furniture is sturdy and looks great on my patio. I was fortunate to have my son`s help assembling it since the pieces are quite heavy. Also not entirely clear where the different sized screw caps go and a few of them where imperfect. Minor detail, and extra were supplied anyway. The whole thing was very well packaged, carefully delivered and on time.

We bought a jasmine bench with seat cushion 2 Kate chairs with seat pads and 2 willow tables in white- we are impressed by their style and quality and love them the seat pads lacked the classy look of the bench cushion and although we had a problem with the bench cushion Lazy Susan staff were brilliant in getting it sorted promptly- we recommend them.

I have been purchasing items from Lazy Susan for years, it has always been a pleasure. Guess what, our garden looks marvellous.

Purchased this item on behalf of my parents, they were impressed with the packaging of the item, ease of assembly and the quality of the product.

The assembly instructions are clear, simple and easy to follow though it is easier to have ring spanners for the M6 and M8 nuts. There is a real sense of satisfaction when the table and each chair is assembled and a realisation that the table and chairs are sturdy and likely to be really long lasting. They look good and should give years of pleasurable usage.

Quality and look of table and chairs very good. Tools provided less so.
If you are putting together a socket set and good screwdriver will save a good deal of time.

So happy with my June table and 4 chairs, delivery was made within 3 days of order. Very well packaged and easy to assemble with clear instructions and fixings. The quality of the table and chairs is excellent, will last for a long time I'm sure.

For £864.9 - all of the screws holding the arms to chairs work lose so have to keep tightening them up - despite having spring washers.

The feet screws also come loose.

Going to replace them with all with Nylon thread screws.

This should not happen with a well made product.

I really like my Grace bench in slate shade. It was fun to assemble - I was determined to do it on my own, although having tried to balance the partly constructed frame on beer crates and chunks of wood, I was very grateful when an elderly neighbour appeared and I was able to say to her ‘just hold that!’ A lot of thought has been given to the design and it is very comfortable even without cushions. Nice finishing touches such as the colour-matched plastic bolt covers. Everything was thoroughly wrapped and packaged and all fittings were clearly labelled (even a spanner and screwdriver were provided although I used my own tools). The bench feels sturdy yet I can move it on my own. Time will tell as to its durability: I greased all the bolts and I really hope it will stand up to the elements as advertised, as it is such a bonus to have a maintenance free item. The only fly in the ointment was the delivery service (DHL) failing to give more info than ‘delivery will be today between 9am and 8pm’ Their tracking service didn’t work well. I spent over an hour unsuccessfully trying to change the delivery date as I knew I’d be out: none of their customer service lines worked, found another number on Reddit, got through straight away but was told I couldn’t rearrange the delivery until either it was on the van or they’d tried to deliver it! I left a note on the door and fortunately the driver followed my instructions!

The product (garden table and chairs) is exactly as advertised, very sturdy en pretty! It arrived on time and was well wrapped. Top marks.

We ordered 2 lazy susan outdoor chairs to match our lazy susan table bought a few years ago. The colour match and style is still perfect. They were very simple to order and arrived much quicker than we expected. Assembling them was really easy and their comfort with arms, and height are just perfect.

Delivery was quick. Everything was well packaged. Assembly was fairly straightforward. I’m a female, in my 70s and managed to do it in 3-4 hours by myself. You do need your own spanners and screwdrivers. Putting together 6 chairs was tedious but you get into a rhythm after a while. I came indoors to do the chairs as the bubble wrap, instructions and bolt covers were blowing everywhere. I’m really pleased with the result. The dining set looks stunning. I love the colour (slate grey). It certainly looks good quality and the table is a decent weight. I hope it lasts well. Customer services were very helpful.

The product is of high quality, good design, sturdy and looks fabulous. I was waiting for price reductions, and eventually ordered it at some discount. The product was delivered within the promissed timel line. The assembly took a b it of time but the instructions included and all the necessary tools was an excellent idea. Anyone, even without furnite assembly experience, could follow the instructions easyly. Overall, a great stylish product, we are happy with this purchase.

This is my third Lazy Susan purchase now and it is equally as good as the first 2.
Great quality, easy to assemble and looks expensive. I have received lots of compliments on my new garden furniture. I have yet to see how durable it is as it is so new.

I love my new table and chairs, they suit the style of my house and garden perfectly.
The chairs are lightweight enough to lift without being compromised on quality.
