I don't believe this company are still trading despite having a website and taking customers' money. Took my payment and then said the order had been cancelled (at my request??). No refund.

I have not received my spring basket although I’ve paid for it. I keep having to chase my baskets up each new season. Very disappointing, although when baskets do arrive, they are lovely.

All our plants come with a 30 day plant guarantee, and we'll replace anything that arrives damaged.

Excellent customer service
Subscribed from an ad stating it was Monstera month, which I have been after one for a while and thought a great start to subscribe; unfortunately I didn’t receive a monstera and was told that was the previous month and there must have been a problem with the ad. So I cancelled because that would mean I would get a monstera. However I was subsequently contacted and offered a restart of the subscription with a monstera which I am happy with and so have revised my review to show this.
Great customer service and I look forward to more plants.

The ad you saw showed examples of the plants that have recently been included in our indoor plant subscription, including the Monstera which was our plant of the month in March this year. Apologies for any confusion caused by this. I have shared your feedback with our marketing team.
We always include exciting and unusual plants in the indoor plant subscription and I hope you loved the Philodendron selloum 'Atom' we sent you this month as well.
We have sent you an email yesterday as we'd still love to be able to send you a Monstera so you don't miss out. We would never want you to be left disappointed and would love a chance to turn this experience around for you.

Damages in transit are not the norm for us at all, as everything is packed securely and our courier partner is usually very careful with our parcels. If anything does arrive damaged, we will of course send out a replacement right away.

Damages in transit are generally rare for us as everything is packed securely and our courier partner is usually very careful with our parcels. We understand occasionally something can go wrong when shipping delicate and fragile plants across the country, and for this reason all our plants come with a 30 day plant guarantee. We will always replace or refund any plant that arrives damaged or doesn't survive the first 30 days in your home - for any reason. Amazing support and products
Lazy flora are one of the best online plant delivery services I've used. Their plants always arrive in great condition due to such carefully packaging, any issues I've had with orders are dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner - I've been blown away by their customer service support!

A Spectacular Calathea
Our subscription this month is a spectacular Calathea. Neat and tall with bright leaves that have striking lines in burgundy colour. It’s leaves are opening up a bit more each day.
I can’t stop looking at it!
Very pleased. A good matching pot to complement it.

A 6-month subscription of edible plants
I took out a 6-month subscription of edible plants as a gift for friends. It was the unusual nature of the gift that kept them eagerly awaiting the next delivery. With advanced email notification of deliveries it was simple for them to prepare, or change the dates to suit. Now I can look forward to a lovely meal with them and enjoy the fruits of Lazy Flora and their own labours.

Jasmin plant sent in sympathy was a hit.
