Small problem with no communication with online order, popped in store all sorted with the friendly in store staff, Thank you

Ordered a Le creuset starter set, this was the only place that had the colour I wanted in stock at the right price. Delivery was free and fast. Great service overall, will use again!

First time using Lawson's and will recommend them. I purchased some easiyo sachets and a yoghurt maker. All delivered the next day and packaged well.

I am very pleased with the service that I received from the Lawson's web site and the price of the easiyo sachets beats all the competition

Excellent price fast delivery good comm's

Couldn't believe when my order arrived next day. What service.

over all i cannot complain

Excellent! I'm so pleased to have discovered Lawsons! I was searching for Denby cast iron cookware, and Lawsons prices were the lowest I found. I also purchased some great quality Hummingbird bedding which was half price. The order arrived very quickly, despite it being the week before Christmas, and my order was very well packaged.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lawsons & will always check their website when shopping online in future.

I pre-ordered a Star Wars gift set in November using the "click and collect" service. As promised, I got an email as soon as the product was in stock, and was able to collect it quickly and without fuss. Thank you.

Great. No complaints at all.

It couldn't have been easier to order from Lawson's and everything went very smoothly from the ordering process, through confirmation, notification of dispatch, tracking of item and delivery.

Excellent product, price and delivery what more can anyone want!

A quick, efficient and friendly service.

I have deal with a few complains in the past but I never had found such courtesy and commitment.

Perfect for use in our care home, look good but almost non-breakable. Speedy delivery, esp. just before Christmas.

I was very pleased with the service I got when I ordered from Lawsons website. I like to buy from local shops whenever I can so being able to buy online from Lawsons and have the items delivered direct to my daughter's house was a bonus. Delivery was very quick. All in all a good experience and will be happy to use Lawsons online again. Thank you.

We had a minor problem with our order and after a call with the customer service team the problem was resolved and we are delighted with the product. Thanks to all at Lawsons.

I ordered some Portmeirion dinner plates and mugs, They were 'seconds' and therefore half price - fantastic value at £7.50 per dinner plate - but you would never have guessed they weren't perfect. They came extremely well packaged and very promptly. An altogether excellent service from Lawsonns. Thank you very much, and I will be ordering from you again.

Very helpful and excellent quality goods.

Cheapest I found online, picked up from store so no delivery charges. Good fast service.
