I've ordered replacement Bodum beakers a couple of times from Lawsons and always been very pleased with the results: prompt, reliable, all you could ask for.

We were pleased to be supporting a small business with our order. Unfortunately the wrong item was sent. We understand that mistakes happen but it's how a company handles it that's important. The customer care line was not answered on several attempts. We had to call round various physical shops to get some help. It took several calls and emails to get the new item sent with over a week delay.
The actual item was very nice but the customer care was poor.

The store had a good variety of different items, and I found a few things I needed at reasonable prices. Some products were of great quality, but a couple didn’t quite meet my expectations once I got them home. The shopping experience was okay—staff was polite but not particularly engaged, and checkout took longer than it should have. Not a bad place, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both service and consistency.

Excellent quality duvet cover, delivery fast. Very pleased.

Poor quality control
Received coffee filter that was bent out of shape. This is despite the filter being wrapped in layers and between cardboard. Delivery was £3.99. Reply from customer service was that they receive the stock in such a way and you can easily bend it back to shape - was this not something the merchant could check first. I don't think this is the point, you should not be sending customers who pay a lot for product and delivery a less than perfect product. This was a very nonchalant and "don't care" reply. I find it odd that a less than perfect product was sent. Wrapping this in layers did not help!! It was a very very light and small product and did not warrant a £3.99 delivery fee.

Such a poor customer service. I ordered sweatshirt in size 40/42inch which is size L but they send me size M. I asked for prepaid return label as I received wrong item. They declined saying I received what I ordered. I payed £5.99 for postage! I have to order another one and pay another £5.99 for delivery and I have to pay for returning wrong item. Joke! It's shame that this is only company providing my child's school uniform.

Pleased with the pottery items ordered, they were well packed and dispatched within a couple of days. The carrier however was another story, the order did not turn up on the allocated day. I tracked the order for two days 'out for delivery', still it did not arrive. I gave up and changed the delivery instructions to collect from depot which I did after 5 days.

This is a very special store.

If an item isn't in stock they will order it and give you a call when it arrives.

Another excellent experience with Lawsons; my favourite online shop!

Delivery took over a week and an email to Lawsons with regard to my order has been ignored. It was only a packet of sunflower seeds but at £1.99 postage I would have thought it would be Royal Mail 1st class.

I was able to choose from a large selection of brilliant colours and bought 4. The mugs were competitively priced and arrived safely and promptly. The packaging was excellent.

Ordered a whistling kettle.

Easy and no hassle order. Arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

Our only suggestion is don't use Evri/Hermes for shipping because they are next to useless as a courier company.

Great range of products at excellent prices. I was kept updated regularly after placing my order and it arrived very quickly. Everything was well packaged to prevent breakages using a recycled box, which I was very pleased to see. I'd definitely buy from them again and highly recommend to others.

This yeast fermented this year's grape harvest to 0 in less than a week and produced a very well balanced wine. I look forward to tasting it when it has matured - it should be a cracker!
