Lawsons of Devon Anmeldelser

Delivery was most efficient but steep delivery cost was offset by excellent cost of items.

Order delivered the day after being placed, I couldn't be more pleased.

Excellent service

This is the first time I have used Lawsons and I found it gave excellent prompt service, very competitive price for the Mini Yoghurt maker I orderd.

I expect that I will be buying a product from them again in the future.

Excellent communications, delivery and a wonderfully packed box protecting a fragile item.

I ordered my saucepans online on the Sunday and was able to collect them on the Monday.
I had a query with my order, which was quickly resolved when I called on the Monday morning and the goods were ready to collect almost immediately.

Good price! quick delivery and no fuss. Perfect!

I needed 2 new clothes props and a specific type. Lawsons had them, I ordered them and the arrived in less than 48 hours.

Great service, brilliant product, sturdy and exactly what I wanted. Looks and runs as if it is made to last forever. Many thanks for excellent communication on order as well.

Could have come in less packaging in ordinary post at half the price 🙁

Trouble free purchase although I though the delivery charges were expensive and the despatch from Lawsons was slow, although the delivery itself was quick.

Excellent service and next day delivery

I struggled to find this bedding because it was discontinued, I found it on Lawsons at a very reasonable price.
Very pleased!

completely different design on the bottle than advertised so just hope the contents are the same as the original bottle. Could have the bought this new design product elsewhere cheaper as I was googling the old product to purchase.

Item arrived really quickly and well packaged . Only negative was the cost of postage which would deter me from using in the future

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Lawsons. The items were delivered next day. I was very pleased to be able to still purchase the bedding after others had none left.
Website easy to follow and ordering straight forward. I would definitely buy again from this company.

The website is so easy, even for an idiot (who), and the selection is amazing.
In this instance I bought Easiyo with a selection which I have not seen anywhere else. At the end of it all I then came to pay, and that is where the system was frustrating to say the least. One reason was the postage did not want to be included, and until that was sorted, I was going round in circles.
Maybe next time I will simply use the 'phone!!

An example to all on how to deal with customers. Hassle free and next day delivery.

All arrived quickly.
Good price

Ordered 6 bone china mugs which were delivered very quickly. One had a small chip in the base and Lawsons replaced it immediately without question. Good company to deal with.
