Excellent experience, wonderful communication and really prompt on WhatsApp

We are currently on holiday in Bali. We have sent off all our washing so when we get back to the UK it’s all clean. The service is great 👍🏼 so cheap and it comes back smelling and folded so lovely. Would use again and again when we revisit Bali. They collect and drop back to your villa all included in the price. Thank you for a great service. 🙏🏼

Wir haben unsere Kleider 4 mal von Laundrybali.com abholen lassen. Jedesmal war anschliessend ein neues Kleidungsstück versaut. Auch die Kleider welche nicht versaut sind, rochen nie gut und frisch. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe. Wir gaben immer wieder eine Chance und einmal wurde uns zu viel Verrechnet, daher mussten wir nocheinmal zu senen gehen um das Guthaben aufzubrauchen.

Great communication. Service was easy, professional and a good price. We left our laundry with our hotel concierge, and it was picked up and dropped off with no issues.

Customer service very quick via what’s up, very kind and trustworthy! They picked up my clothes and shoes in one day by the reception of the hotel the next day it came all nice and clean. Very good experience and I surely recommend!

Using laundrybali.com on our vacation in Nusa Dua was a great and easy process! Pick up and drop off from our hotel was extremely convenient and they were very good at communicating the status. Very easy to deal with. Immediate responses to any questions and they delivered what they promised, lovely clean clothes. The process was easy, leave clothes at Bell desk, send them a photo, they pick up and send photo of your laundry on scales with price. We left money at Bell desk for them to pick up when they dropped laundry back and sent a message it was delivered.Will use them again before we go home. They had options for payment ie paypal, we prefer cash

Prompt response and excellent service. Paid for the one day service (24-28hrs) and was back in half a day which was faster than expected. Asked them to keep the change and they actually gave it all back as well. Clothes folded neatly and smelling great
