Great customer service, but…
Really great customer service and turn-around time. Was really please with this.
Clothes that were already pretty clean, came back clean. Anything that had a mark or stain, came back with the same mark or stain (have just washed once home with standard detergent and all stains/marks have come out first wash) so makes you wonder what they’re using if they can’t get out the most simple of stains.
Price seemed good but not when you consider that I just had to wash them all again myself.

According to our inspection records, we noted 5 stains before washing. After cleaning, 4 appeared to be removed and 1 mark was still visible, and our team updated you about this before delivery. We did not receive any further feedback from you at the time, but we understand from your review that you were still unhappy with the final result.
We do offer a satisfaction guarantee, and if we had known, we would have been happy to rewash the items. We always aim to be transparent with customers when stains are found, as some marks may require extra treatment or may not fully come out during the first wash, especially with a fast turnaround service.
We appreciate your kind words about our customer service and turnaround time, and we are sorry that the stain removal did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Terima kasih.🙏

I had a fantastic experience using Bali Laundry during my stay at the Discovery Kartika Plaza. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and the convenience of having my laundry picked up and delivered back to the hotel made everything so easy.
My clothes came back beautifully clean, fresh, and neatly ironed, and I was very impressed with the quality of the service. The process was simple, reliable, and great value. I would definitely use Bali Laundry again on my next trip to Bali and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the area!

Highly recommend this laundry service. Don’t bother using your hotel laundry service as they charge an absolute fortune. These guys made the whole process so easy — they conveniently collected and delivered directly from our hotel, had a very fast turnaround, and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process with updates and photos. Great communication, reliable service, and excellent value for money.

Amazing service
Amazing service. They picked up my laundry from the hotel and dropped it back off the same day. The clothes were cleaned, steamed, and folded beautifully. The pricing was also extremely reasonable. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend their service.

Bali Laundry was beyond amazing!
Bali Laundry was beyond amazing!! The team communicated consistently over WhatsApp, and picked-up, cleaned and delivered our laundry within 24 hours on very short notice. Our clothes came back smelling amazing, and were folded so nicely I hated having to stuff them back into my back-pack. Cannot recommend Bali Laundry enough!!

Best Laundry Service I have used
Best Laundry Service I have used. A must for travellers to Bali. Excellent service and so cheap. Easy communication via WhatsApp, informed frequently on progress. Got photos of items I had submitted that had stains, then they managed to clear them up. Easy pickup and drop off to my hotel. Same day service. Clothes clean and beautifully folded. So easy and cheap!
I can’t recommend this business more highly. Will tell everyone I know who is going to Bali!

We used this service twice while in Seminyak
We used this service twice while in Bali. Absolutely hassle free. We simply left our dirty clothes at reception with a photo and a tag with our room. They picked it up, sent us a photo of them being weighed and a price. Then they dropped them back to reception. They let us know the washing was finished and all we had to do was leave the money at reception with a photo of proof of payment and within half an hour we received a message our clothes were waiting for us at reception. All washed, dried, pressed, folded and packaged up. From start to finish was 5 hours and $24aud for 6kgs of washing. Will definitely use this service again when back in Bali.
