Not great quality.
Really wanted to love the top I ordered as it looked so nice on social media. But material was not up to standard and top did not sit well on chest area. I paid for my own return but then got charged dpd return by mistake. This was refund back but still shouldn’t have happened if you’re trying to be a more of a premium high street brand. I personally wouldn’t shop here again as I don’t think the items are good enough quality.

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you found the returns process frustrating.
We do offer a returns service for our customers, which you can find all the details for here: https://www.laspace.co.uk/policies/refund-policy.
Our policy allows you to return items within 14 days of receipt, and you can choose either to arrange the return yourself or use our own returns service, which can be requested directly through our website, or by emailing customercare@laspace.co.uk
We aim to make this process as smooth as possible, so if you wish to discuss further, or ever need guidance on how to arrange a return, our customer care team is always happy to help step-by-step.
Thanks ever so,

What an amazing clothing brand! My item was shipped within 40 mins of me placing my order and I had it the very next day. I am so impressed with the quality of the top. The fabric, the cut and the shape it gives is just incredible. So much love and thought has been put into the designs, I will definitely recommend and cannot wait to place my next order. I bought the camel jacket, which arrived within two days in its own drawstring bag, which was in a lovely box with lovely tissue paper.
I work in Fashion and Textiles and the design, fit and quality of this jacket is excellent. Such a good price too.
So pleased with it ✅

Great fit for shorter customers!
I recently purchased the toile print shorts & camisole set and matching robe.
I was so pleased when LA Space brought out the shorts set, as I'd had to return the pj's; due to the trousers being too long. No real issues with the shorts set. Good quality material and well made, although the elasticated headband won't stay on my head and the wadding in the eye mask isn't flat, so that may cause issues after washing.
The Kimono robe is lovely, but needs a few improvements to be perfect. Namely, a tab to hang it up with, an interior tie to stop it gaping open, and belt tabs in the same material. The thin ropey tabs currently used never last and, for me, they reduce the overall feeling of quality.
Please remember your bustier customers when designing items, as they sit very differently on us, and it is near impossible to keep this robe closed!
Overall, I'm happy with the products and feel good when I'm wearing them.

Hi Lucy,
Thank you for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review. We’re so pleased to hear you’re enjoying the toile print shorts & camisole set and matching robe, and that the new shorts style works better for you.
We also truly appreciate your constructive feedback on the robe and accessories — details like hanging tabs, interior ties, and belt design can make all the difference, and your points about fit for bustier customers are especially valuable to us. We’ve shared your suggestions with our design team so they can be considered for future collections.
We’re glad the pieces make you feel good when you wear them, and we hope to delight you with even better designs in the future.
