Hi I came in with my mum today and Sadia did my mum’s laser, sadia was polite and professional with her job. The minute we walked in. She greeted us with a smile. She knew exactly what she was doing. My mum was very pleased with her job I would rate her 100 stars that’s how good Sadia is. Thank you for looking after us and doing a great job.

Great results for laser hair removal. Highly recommend. Had 8 and hair has completely disappeared. No regrowth for over 7 months now

This is my 6th Laser hair removal session, and I have been seen by many different technician, but yesterdayI was truly impressed with my technician Sara in St Geroge Centre Harrow as she has a very light and caring hands Unlike others who would just do it so quickly. Olivia at the High Wycombe branch was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She explained everything clearly and carried out the treatment with great care and professionalism. I never felt rushed; she took her time to ensure everything was done properly and that I was comfortable throughout.

Always had lovely experience in any locations in London, all ladies are welcoming and are thorough in providing information. Clinics are clean and I found treatments more effective than in competitors. Would highly recommend their services!

❌ 1-Star Review: DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC – THEY FORFEIT PAID SESSIONS WITHOUT WARNING!"Avoid this clinic at all costs! They have taken over £600 of my hard-earned money and wiped out my paid sessions under the claim that they 'expired,' delivering absolutely zero service. I am a working mother of three children, and to be told I just have to 'sit and bear the loss' of £600 is completely unacceptable and predatory.I bought a large package in 2024. After 5 sessions, my hair growth slowed down, so I explicitly spoke to the staff and agreed on a bespoke plan to space my treatments 3 to 4 months apart. The staff fully agreed to this. In 2025, I topped up my account by purchasing 3 more sessions during a 50% discount promotion. I only used 1 session from that point, leaving a clear balance of 4 fully paid, unused sessions.When I went in last week to book, they told me all my sessions were gone. The clinic has my verified phone number and email address. They successfully spam my phone with promotional marketing and discount advertisements every single month, yet they failed to send a single automated text or email warning me that my paid sessions were approaching an expiry date.To make matters worse, the clinic manager literally hid in the corner of the reception desk listening to the conversation, only stepping out when I had to raise my voice to be heard, offering zero customer service. Furthermore, their policy is entirely punitive—on a previous occasion when I ran late, they deducted a full paid session from my balance but refused to perform the treatment, sending me home empty-handed.Retaining a client's money while refusing to deliver the service breaches the UK Consumer Rights Act. I am reporting this branch to Trading Standards, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), and I have already initiated a chargeback dispute with my bank to pull my money back. Do not waste your money or trust this business!"

Horrible experience . Nobody knows what they doing . They messed up my laser sessions .. staff had no clue told em I had 2 sessions left and booked me in called me confirmed my appointment and when I went to clinic they telling me my sessions ran out and I have to pay .i live an hour away and they wasted my time . I went to another competitor clinic now and I am so much happy that I am no longer with laser clinics ! Be ware !

I've been to this salon a few times and it's generally disorganised. On this occasion I tried a new treatment they had on offer, but rather than listening to my requirements, they proceeded with treatment I didn't request and a result I was not happy with. I have complained and they said they would refund me, six calls later, I haven't recieved the payment which adds insult to injury. I won't be returning.. Its almost a month later and 8 phone calls and they still haven't refunded me as they promised. They are asking me to take down this review before they will pay me.

Do not buy their packages as Laser Clinic UK itself will not take any accountability for the money you have spent on their brand.

I prepaid over £300 for laser treatments and froze my package during pregnancy after being advised by the clinic that I could resume treatments after giving birth. After relocating to Reading postpartum, I requested a transfer to another Laser Clinics UK branch or an account credit/voucher so I could continue treatment closer to home.

Instead, I received dismissive and highly templated email responses, with no attempt to discuss the matter over the phone despite repeatedly requesting a practical resolution. I was initially incorrectly informed that my package had expired and “held no remaining value,” only for this to later be corrected after I challenged it.

The only “solutions” offered were to travel from Reading to Milton Keynes (2.5 hour drive one way) with a newborn baby, privately find someone else to take over my treatments, or spend the value on products, in their Milton Keynes clinic, that I do not need.

Most concerning was being told that even if I escalated my complaint to Head Office, it would simply be referred back to the same franchise owner I was complaining about, leaving no genuine independent complaints process or accountability within the brand.

I would strongly caution others against prepaying large amounts for treatment packages without fully understanding how restrictive the franchise structure is if your circumstances change.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of the brand and I would no longer recommend Laser Clinics UK to others.

I have been going to Laser Clinic Guilford for 2 years now, I do a monthly enzyme peel and LED light session which has helped my skin a lot. The staff are great and caring and cater to your skin needs. I would recommend this branch to family and friends. Victoria did my microdermisation facial and did a great job and was gentle with my skin and gave me an amazing facial.

I had my second session with Seni today. I have had sessions of laser before at even different clinics and no one has been as thorough and precise as Seni. She ensured I got my moneys worth. Seni was extremely friendly and competent she knew what settings was best for me and talked me through everything including the aftercare. She made me feel well looked after and even helped me apply the laser aid afterwards. She was extremely patient and made me feel heard. She focused on all my needs and ensured that they were all met. I am extremely happy with the service that Seni has provided. I am already seeing amazing results and cannot thank her enough.

The clinic is unprofessionally run. The staff are not trained. A bero highlighter is used to mark your body, the equipment is not cleaned between clients, no towels to cover up, not enough glasses as eye protection.
I've had the door opened midway through a intimate area laser session, had appointments cancelled 3 times within an hour of scheduled appointment. The phone is never answered!
The results of the laser is non existent because the staff stick to the lowest settings due to lack of training. Avoid is worth paying more and using a clinic where you will see results and more professional.
