El robot a funcionado muy bien ,la batería no me ha dado ningún problema,pero ha dejado de funcionar y la empresa no se hace cargo de la garantía.Me gustaba mucho el robot,pero no volveré a comprar esa marca

Son unos estafadores ni se os ocurra conprarles nada son europeos pero no quieren saber nada de las garantia

Laresar M3 Nass Sauger, der allerletzte Schrott, nach 8 mal benutzt läuft die Bürstenrolle nicht mehr. Kundenservice reagiert nicht auf meine Anfrage. Haltbarkeit des Saugers ist sehr schlecht. Einfach nur teurer Schrott. Nie wieder.

Mit Abstand der schlechteste Kundensupport. Die 2 jährige Garantie kann man in die Tonne kloppen. Aliexpress erwartet ein Gutachten vom TüV um hier zu helfen. Der Saugroboter funktioniert nach genau einem Jahr nicht mehr

Ho comprato una aspirapolvere Laresar senza filo, a batteria. All'inizio sembrava andasse decentemente, prestazioni di aspirazione discrete, batteria con durata limitata, ma tutto sommato lo usavo per un paio di stanze. Dopo circa 10 mesi è completamente morto. È stato allora che ho scoperto che il sito Laresar per avvalersi della garanzia è di fatto una truffa. Non c'è possibilità di farlo riparare. Insomma un oggetto usa e getta. Lo stesso è capitato a mia sorella: a lei è durata 7 mesi. Insomma da evitare assolutamente.

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Bewertungen nur anschießen und zustimmen.
Nach nur einem Jahr war die Bodenbürste kaputt und der Staubsauger für 250 € nicht mehr brauchbar und extrem laut.
Super schlechter Kundenservice, nachdem ich mich per Mail an Bayerswerk wendete, kam nur eine Standard-Mail zurück, in der nicht wirklich auf mein Problem eingegangen wurde. Nach mehrfachem E-Mail Kontakt und Eigenrecherche kam heraus, dass es gar keine Ersatzteile gibt.
Also ein sehr teurer Staubsauger, der wie auch in den anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, schnell kaputt geht, es keine Ersatzteile gibt und der Kundenservice unbrauchbar ist. Hier kaufe ich nicht mehr.

Ha smesso di funzionare dopo pochi mesi e l’assistenza è una truffa che risponde dalla Cina, dicono di aver spedito un altro robot, mai arrivato, dicono che si è perso durante il trasporto… adesso non rispondono neanche più!!!!! Soldi buttati.

Bought laresar robot vacuum. The thing was used a little then put away for a good while. Doesn't work at all now & customer support won't do anything about it as outside warranty - no way to even repair at a cost suggested.

Saugroboter Laresar L6 Pro.
- Akku nach 2,5 Jahren defekt.
- Fehlermeldung "Lüfter abnormal". Gerät geht auf Störung.
Kundendienst weisst auf Ablauf der Garantie hin und bietet gegen Gebühr den Verkauf von Ersatzteilen (soll ich den Lüfter selbst einbauen), bzw. sie unterbreiten einem alternative Lösungsvorschläge (wie die wohl aussehen werden?).
KURZ: das Gerät taugt einfach nichts (China-Schrott)

I purchased the Laresar L6 Nex robot vacuum in 2023 following a recommendation from a friend. For a time, the product performed satisfactorily; however, it has recently developed a serious fault and is no longer able to empty dust into the docking station.

I reported the issue to customer service and was instructed to carry out several troubleshooting steps, including providing photographs and videos to check for blockages. I complied fully and supplied all requested evidence. After reviewing this, I was informed that the dust collection base likely requires replacement, and I therefore provided my order number as requested.

I was then told that the product is out of warranty and, astonishingly, that the dust collection base is not sold as a replacement part. This leaves me with a device that is effectively unusable after just two years of normal use, with no repair or replacement option available.

Am I genuinely expected to discard an expensive appliance simply because the manufacturer does not support its own product beyond a short warranty period? This reflects extremely poor after-sales support and raises serious concerns about product durability and customer care.

Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing Laresar products. Save yourself the frustration and expense of owning a device that cannot be repaired and is abandoned by its manufacturer once the warranty expires.

Pathetic service and deeply disappointing customer support.

Robot aspirapolvere evol 3s. Prodotto scadente e assistenza peggiore. Dopo poco più di un anno non funziona più. Ho scritto varie mail all'assistenza e rispondono sempre nello stesso modo chiedendo di effettuare dei controlli che ho già fatto e di cui gli ho già comunicato più volte l'esito. Operatore "Pony". Non buttate i vostri soldi.

Aspirapolvere Laresar pessima la batteria dura circa 10 minuti anche meno. Comprata su AliExpress che non da assistenza . Apparecchi che non hanno garanzia . Solo dopo 30 gg mi sono accorto.della scarsità dell'articolo . Chiesto assistenza: Negata.

Attention sous marque chinoise qui propose des produits gratuits en echange de commentaires positifs d ou la note des produits sur Amazon qui le sait et ne fait rien. J ai signale le fait : aucune reponse. Le robot laresar evol 3 dure 3 mois max apres le moteur lache. A fuir.

Acquistata aprile 2024 laresar v7, dopo pochissimo tempo la batteria non carica più al 100% e dopo pochi secondi di utilizzo si spegne. Contattata l'assistenza con la messaggistica di AliExpress mi hanno chiesto i dati personali e il video dimostrativo per sostituzione batteria. Dopo mille solleciti (ormai non visualizzano nemmeno i messaggi) ho capito che non hanno intenzione di rispedire niente.

Un aspirateur acheté chez AliExpress, il y a 10 mois.
Ne se recharge plus, plus rien ne s'affiche.
Contactez le SAV d'AliExpress et LARESAR, idem, réponse vague ou se rejette la responsabilité.
130 € de donner à des sociétés comme ça...on ne m'y reprendra plus !

Habe vor einem Jahr den Akkusauger Laresar Ultra V7 gekauft. Jetzt nach einem Jahr hat sich der Verbindungsschlauch in der Bürste aufgelöst.
Trotz mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahmeversuche per Mail absolut keine Reaktion.
Hatte den Sauger über Aliexpress gekauft,geliefert wurde er aus Polen.Hier gelten EU Verbraucherrechte, die sagen das die Garantie 2 Jahre beträgt.
Ich habe über das "Netzwerk der Europäischen Verbraucherzentren" (evz.de)eine Beschwerde eingereicht.
Denn wie die mit Kunden umgeht, geht gar nicht.
Es kann ja nicht sein das der Sauger nach einen Jahr Schrott ist.
