Website easy to use, easy to configure the laptop you need, shipping received in 3 days, and quite happy with the laptop itself. For a very first time under linux, I am very happy to recommend Laptopwithlinux !
Many thanks to the whole team.

Excellent service and willingness to adapt under a stressful situation. I really needed to have a laptop in time, and they were willing to send another one if needed. Luckily this was not necessary, but I applaud and truly appreciate their commitment to customer service. Chapeau bas!

Due to my Bank stopping the money being paid. Not because of lack of money. But because I had not used that account for some years, and was not normally purchasing from Holland. Bank security decided it was an un-authorised transaction. They then told me wrongly 3 or 4 times that it was cleared. Peter very politely and patiently and kindly bore with me an old duffer and my troubles. Very much appreciated, thankyou.

Really happy with my laptop!
The service was fast and the pc works great, the price was in my opinion fair when looking at alternatives in the market

amazingly quick delivery, with all customisations efficiently carried out.

machine itself is (so far -- being cautious) as good as hoped.

dank u wel! Alan

Super fast service, and the shipping was quick too! One of the main reasons I chose LaptopWithLinux over the competition was the ability to pay with crypto, which was a huge plus for me. The pricing is fair and not overpriced like some other options out there. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a Linux-powered laptop!

I've worked in linux for 20 years. Mostly high performance computing, so to do my job I need high performance machines. This is one of the only providers claiming to deliver high quality and high capacity laptops. They delivered on all promises, I was not disappointed.

The website for ordering is helpful and clear. The laptop looks good, arrived well and seems to work well. What I would have liked is a bit more support and explanation, or clear references for where to find help and explanation. This is my first Linux computer after nearly 40 years of MS-Dos/Windows. It is hard to bridge the information in the book and the laptop.

Easy Customization

Delivery was ahead of schedule.

Would warn that the inbound taxes are only mentioned post purchase. Could perhaps make that more obvious.

Offloaded DHL delivery to a local company that did no even check if I was the actual person who ordered... a little sus there.

Had problems loading Linux Mint 22.1 onto a laptop - Peter got back to me straight away with a solution.

I am very pleased with the performance and the quality of the product, the delivery to Poland was super fast (ordered thursday evening, got on monday), everything according to the spec, so far positive experience.

There were a couple of hiccups in the start, but the customer service was responsive and persistent.
Happy days.

The information on the website is very clear, allowing you to take your time to make the right combinations. Once you've made your choice, delivery is fast, and the updates are clear. The laptop feels very sturdy. This is my first Linux laptop, and so far, so good. I would definitely recommend this laptop to others.

The cooperation was perfect and the free installation of LaTeX a luxury! Thanks a lot.

Amazing laptop for an amazing prize. Star labs does better laptops in the sense that I could install nearly all Linux variants on them without problems but the TongFang GX4 struggles. (Debian can't find the wifi driver!). But you get good build quality and fast delivery.

Fast assembly and delivery.
Works straight out of the box.

I had several email exchanges with them to clarify what I was looking for and what the capabilities are of the different models. They were very prompt in replies and helpful.

Very good quality of the assembled device.
