The laptop (GX5) was assembled and shipped the next day, resulting in quick delivery across Europe (3 days after placing the order). After using it for a week, I have to say that I’m impressed by the product's overall quality. Even the touchpad is almost as comfortable as a MacBook's. It's basically a MacBook in the Linux world. There were no issues contacting support.

Great customer service by Chris Richter!!!

The laptop with Linux worked out of the box. Nice laptop, good price.

I ordered a laptop from Japan, and the order was processed quickly and arrived at my home in about a week. The quality of the product was also good. I would like to buy a laptop from here again.

Great to be able to get a laptop that comes with something different to Windows and less restrictive than a Mac.

The computer works well. The customer service was excellent. Thank you Peter.

The whole process was so simple - no fuse, no hassle - you just pick what you want and away you go.
They also offer great support, so if you are unsure what exactly you need they can help you out.

Think of any combination of hardware + software and you'll find it here from amateur to professional user.

Delivered on time without any issues - a lot of bigger companies could learn a lot from these guys.

All the best,
Kevin

Prompt service, friendly and helpful people, good quality.

Amazing deal. I had a great experience choosing the parts for my laptop, there were many options. The laptop works perfectly. Delivery was super quick. Highly recommend!

helpful, friendly, efficient, reliable, super service!

It is a fantastic laptop they build it really fast and shipped it promptly. Packaging was also very good a box around a double box, very nice. No complaints what-so-ever.
Highly recommended...

The web site was well constructed. I was pleased with the many options to choose from. The product was shipped as ordered and arrived quickly. The mini has performed as expected. I have NO complaints. As a retired system administrator-IT manager I have 25 years experience with computers and suppliers. I could not be more pleased.

My new computer was ordered, put together and delivered within days. I am so impressed and I am loving this system. Small regular updates take minutes if not seconds and I am very pleased to have taken the plunge. No more frustrating Microsoft updates, - what is not to love. Thank you guys

Does what is says on the box. Good value for money. Not made in America.

Good quality laptop. Quick delivery. Easy to order and customize. Customization can include own logo or inscript. Comes installed with Linux (several flavours).
